Hamas seems to know a lot about why the BBC reporter was kidnapped and how much ransom this "clan of thugs" wants for his release. If they know that much, they also know where he is and who is holding him. It wouldn't surprise me in the least if Hamas has found yet another devious way of raising funds for weapons. The international press should do what the West has already done and give up on the Palestinians once this debacle is over. There's nothing to report as nobody cares what happens to them and they are easy targets for further kidnappings.
