However, the "Good cop, bad cop" syndrome continues., with Palestinian factions either taking credit or accusing others of retaliating to Israeli provocations. It's never the fault of the Arabs, who play the game of musical chairs. This is the bottom line: Hamas which rules, must always be blamed for the actions of either it's members or other militants. That will take the steam out of their sails. Israel is always defensive in this Intifada 2. Had Sharon been Sharon of old, this would be history by now. Until Israel gets its act together, and becomes pro-active (not just hitting empty launch sites afterwards) this will get worse. For some reason, Israel never seems to learn. but the comparison between simians and humans is not too far off. We, all of us, are not that different from animals and it's an established fact that animals respect strength and harass the weak.
