1. Bye bye Reform and Conservative FAKE converts
SCOTT   (04.28.07)
time to get the real deal or get off the boat!
2. This is a good start. Good news. Encourage conversion
David, Proud Jew ,   Boston, USA   (04.28.07)
For all who truly believe we should encourage and have a consistent message. I truly believe if people understood Judaism there would be millions more wanting to convert. I could not imagine being anything other than Jewish.
3. Beezrat HaShem I will convert aswell!
John ,   Amsterdam, Holland   (04.29.07)
I would really like to know, how many converts to Orthodox Judaism, there are. Like from the 50's till now. Does anyone one? Thanks in regard!

That comment is just uncalled for. There is no reason to make that comment and try to hurt other people. What do you care? Seriously. What do you care about anyone else??? Don't think that you are better than anyone else because you are not. What you wrote was wrong and hurtful. Shame on you. I suggest you go back and reread our texts because nowhere does it say that you can poke fun at or call out other people.
7. #1 That was a disgusting comment.
Esther ,   Ofarim, Israel   (04.29.07)
You would do well to remember that there are quite a lot of corrupt rabbis in the orthodox community, that will sell a conversion for the right $$$ amount. But, after all, it's an orthodox conversion, isn't it..?

So it's disgusting to call the conservative conversions to be false (and they are false under Halacha) but it's perfectly ok to use a broad hand and call "quite a lot" of members of the Orthodox Rabbonim to be corrupt crooks who sell out our religion for money? Get your priorities straight!
9. Good News
Abdullah ,   EuMe   (04.29.07)
Perhaps such agreements can be reached in all countries where there is an Israili diplomatic mission.
10. great hat
hanina   (04.29.07)
This article is like should I throw out all of my clothes because they need washing? Should I throw out all of my dishes because they are dirty? I should think by now this matter would have been solved. To sit there with a smile on your face after all these years of denoucing people who want to join our religion, is quite dumb. t
11. Great news
Steve ,   USA   (04.29.07)
B"H At least convert Jews from the US should not have problems integrating into Israel so that the commandment to be kind to the foreigner can be observed. But I am still not sure how welcome those who are already Jewish feel. I think that still needs to be worked on.
