Gaza could be an independent state with a good infrastructure, but the Palestinians won't spend money on the infrastructure, they spend it on weapons to kill Israelis, even though Israel no longer occupies Gaza. And saying that, Israel shouldn't be supplying Gaza or the West Bank with water or electricity... and then let them have their independence, which will cost them money - and a lot of it!

The question is: Do Israeli Arabs and their leaders have internalized that Israel is here by right? Do they recognize the right of the Jewish people, as all other peoples, to national self-determination and its own sovereign nation state, the expression of which is the state of Israel? The UN decided to establish a Jewish state based on this right. The Palestinians claim a state based on this right. Yet, the Arabs in general and the Arabs in israel seem to deny this right of the Jewish people. So, how do they expect the Jews in Israel to deal with them if they negate the very right of us, the Jewish people, to our own nation-state, the state of Israel??
