This is not a free speech issue. There is no requirement to allow a private organization to buy ad space. The ACLU would never had supported putting anti gay ads or anti black ads on the subway. Anti semitic however is OK because attacking Jews is only political.

Some wealthy orginization or individual should post counter adds showing the ambulances around the Dolphinarium with a title. "If this were your child would you be knocking on the door of those who masacred them?" ..or images of bedrooms of children hit by kassams. Or how about children undergoing security checks with the side-by-side split showing an attack with the caption. If your children had to look over their shoulder for fear of this and under go security checks at every turning, would you not defend your nation? Etc. etc. Someone could afford this - get to it.

how about we show hamas and hezbollah not attacking legitimate military targets but instead only attacking innocent civilians, and on a side note, i despise both of these groups, but it would be nice if they would actually attack the country and said country's military when they declare resistance against it, instead of only attacking civilians.

The ACLU has opened the door. Now it's up to an American Pro-Israel group to issue its own posters showing the reality of Arab terror in Israel. Show the IDF leaving Gaza, show the greenhouses being handed to the Arabs, then the results of those actions. A sort of Before and After statement. Show pictures of suicide bombers captured on their way to blow up men, women and children. Show the Sderot victims. Israel should not shy away from presenting its case to the American public, even using the tacky medium of subway posters. There is a very effective war being waged by the anti-Jewish Left for the minds of students, artists, politicians, the American public in general and Israel needs to respond to it. And now there can be no legal argument to prevent Israel from presenting its side of the issue.

Where is the anti defamation league,the JDL and all the other Jewish activist groups? Where is the outrage from the politician running for President? Why aren't these people and groups taking out pro Israel ads in the papers and on TV? Yes there is Free speech guaranteed in the United States Bill of Rights, but there is no right that allows hatered to be expressed, and lies. Israel must put ads in the busses showing the terror victims,and their families, the people in America are entitled to hear and see the whole truth, not just lies perpetrated by the palesitians who in the majority of the cases created the violence to being with. The Israel Government spokes person in the United States should give intterviews in the National Media(provided his english is excellent) and tell the world exactly what is happening here and provide photos of the terrorist actions, the blown up busses, the familes that have lost members due to terrorism. Hi, I am emailing you in regards to the so called free speech issue of the anti Israeli add to be run in Washington. There is a difference between free speech and Propaganda. Having two people debate an issue is free speech. Someone stating an opinion is free speech. Continuously displaying a picture which shows a tank near a passing school child without context in order to deceive the public is propaganda. That tank is there because that Childs family keeps trying to send bombers on public busses to kill children, woman and whoever may be on said bus at the time. What would be fair is to put a few pictures of blown up busses with 1000 body parts to help explain why the tank is helping to stand guard. Aaron
