Why should Olmert resign? Just because he lost the war with a terrorist gang which resulted in dozens of Jewish deaths & hundreds of injured and caused enormous economic and environmental losses and forced almost 1 million people out of their homes for several weeks. For Olmert to quit would suggest that he had integrity and actually cared about the lives and well being of Israel and the Jewish people. He cares only about his bank account and his stock portfolio. Few days ago, the french established a new peak of participating in elections with more then 95%, in israel, we established a new negative peak of participating with 40%. The apathy of the Israeli civilians is the main reason for that faliure, we forgot that we chose a one day old party to lead us and a pathetic PM who has no connection and experience with army and a redicioulos DM who has no abilities to manage any strategy.
