61. Israel used banned weopon ? That's obvious.

Using missiles to target militants is not prohibited, but everyone knows that using them in heavely populated area is certainly against international law. That's very obvious. The breach is horrific when you know that 40 years of occupations have denied them "red alert" system and shelters !

The two and a half people who were wounded in Sderot got a hell of a lot more coverage than the Palestinians and Lebanese from last year put together. So just stop complaining, it's not Ynet's fault that Israel is the one doing so much killing

How can anyone ever believe ,what comes out in hamas declerations??These people have lied,over and over,in the past,and now when they send rockets into Israel,,these blindly fall anywhere and hurt and kill anyone;and they now say,"How can the Israelis randomly kill "INNOCENT "civillians"? What utter arrogance;the Palestinians that are killed are often the terrorists involved in quassam attacks on Israel,The Palestinian people elected a terrorist entity to lead them,and they are being lead right down the path to hell.and they know it ,but they are too scared to now turn back,and demand that Hamas change their politics;;For as long as they allow the Hamas;to attack Israel they will indeed suffer as the Lebanese did,when the Hizbollah took upon themselves;,to declare war against Israel;;only this time the Israelis,will not be sucked into this kind of trap.The Palestinian Extremists;are causing disaster; through out the whole world;and yet,the world keeps silent,as do the the ARAB nations;

Ali jews are very closely related to arabs, genetically. Even though a part of jews were gone for a long time, and not all of those moved to Israel, descend from israelites, many never left Israel. About 20% of people living in Palestine in 19th century (1800´s) were actually jews. I think it is very sad that there are people like you who don´t acknowledge the truth and who have basically been brainwashed. I have GOOD Palestinian friends here in Finland and I will stay loyal to them, even though I am a Jew. Eventually the hatred will stop. Believe me.
68. It wasn´t a successful strike
(05.21.07)
For the first time in a long time, I am actually worried that this will probably lead to a suicide bombing in Israel. It wasn´t even a successful strike, since they didn´t manage to kill that terrorist. Now he is bitter after loosing half of his family and looking for a revenge. If they would´ve killed him, and this would´ve been a successfull operation, then I would support it. Instead this will only provoke terrorists.

71. David L's "facts" (42)

"In this case, 7 of the dead were indeed confirmed to be family members of the al-Haya family. Their names are: Nimr al-Haya, 60; Abd al-Hamid al-Haya, 35; Bakhr al-Haya, 26; Ibrahim al-Haya, 23; Ala al-Haya, 22; Jihad al-Haya, 17; and Mohammed al-Haya, 16. The eighth man is Samakj Farauna, 27, a Hamas activist. These are the crude, raw, real facts. I have absolutely no idea what the IDf was targeting and wether this was intentional or a mistake. But 7 of the 8 confirmed dead are civilian family members of an elected lawmaker (representing a group Israel identifies as terrorist)." Where does one begin? (1) Are these deaths confirmed by Israeli examination of their corpses? Yes or no. (2) Is Farauna a Hamas "activist" or a Hamas "terrorist"? Is Hamas "identified by Israel as terrorst" or IS IT a terrorist group? Do you see the importance of honesty in the use of language? (3) Is there evidence that those who were allegedly killed were in fact mere civilians? If so, where does this evidence come from? From Hamas, which, apparently, you aren't sure is a terrorist group? Do you care to speculate on the probability of all those allegedly killed NOT being terrorists GIVEN that daddy WAS a terrorist? In your expert opinion, David L, is it common for daddy to be a terror leader and for everyone else in the family to be horrified at the thought of terror? (4) Are you suggesting that these "civilians" were deliberately targeted? If not, then are you aware that if they were not, and if the target was a terrorist, that this kind of a strike is indeed defensible according to international law (which I think is a crock, myself, but you seem to like the concept)?
