In another update in the " Ïsrael News" section of this website I read "Rocket shrapnel from recent attacks sent to Israeli embassies in Britain, France, EU headquarters as part of PR campaign

i dont get the point here. Is shrapnel coming from qassam rockets difefrent from any other shrapnel ?
And what is the PR value if anyone can see the results of the impact on TV ?

Because they can not see the results of the impact on TV. Living here in the US I still have seen no more than a 1.5 minute segment on Qassams, and most of it was devoted to the IDF retaliation airstrike.

That's different from Holland then. We were well provided with images on the situation in Sderot on TV
