I remember someone coming into my office, a Jordanian looking for someone, and escorting him to where he needed to go (not my job, but he didn't speak Hebrew). Every ward had Palestinian patients and they were treated like the other patients. Pick a country that is fighting a war in which a second country is trying to destroy it, actively launching rockets at it across the international border on a daily basis and killing its citizens through terrorism and outright military attack.
