The fact that students are not going to school, and residents living in tents elsewhere, is proof of a victory of sorts. No, it won't bring down the country..not by a long shot. But it is having effects. What will happen when Kassams are fired from Ramallah and Hebron and Jericho? Then what? Israel to date has no good answers. It cannot win by targeting empty fields and bldgs. It's going to have to get serious, and the chips fall where they may. It's TOO CONCERNED OVER NOT OFFENDING THE EU, UN and US. Can anyone imagine the US reaction similarly if Boston, Dallas or Houston were shut down?
