4. Labor Losers
malcolm   (05.29.07)
This party is as pathetic and bankrupt as Kadimah. they represent a lost generation that pinned ALL it's hopes on Arafat & Clinton.
5. HE'S WRONG! HE DID THE INCONCEIVABLE!
stude ham   (05.29.07)
It was inconceivable that anyone, except himself, his family, and debtors, would actually vote for him. It was also inconceivable that anyone would ever be able to prove that the voters can be such idiots in such large numbers. But that they did in casting their ballots for this most incompetent of political leaders. Maybe the labourites have exhausted all of their resources.
6. Peretz the Putz, loser
jeremy ,   hula valley kibbutz   (05.29.07)
Peretz is now showing how much of a PUTZ and LOSER he is. When will he finally realize that no one wants him? Go home to your town and shut the f-ck up
7. Peretz you PUNCH the IDF and our Hearts ...
ben ,   singapore   (05.29.07)
NO YOU WILL NEVER BE with us ! YOU WILL NEVER BE A GENTLEMAN LEADER for Israel !
8. 20% is a win? that explains how we won the war
aaron ,   ra'anana   (05.29.07)
9. You spit on him, and he calls it rain - totally shameless
Guy   (05.29.07)
10. Scary
nemesis   (05.29.07)
How anyone could have voted for Peretz is beyond me. 22% of the elegible voters, therefore must be totally out of touch with reality. This is unbelievable...and to listen to him talk, you'd think he won....very scary
11. Ego,ego and more ego
Guy ,   Israel   (05.29.07)
The sentence, "me and my camp" says it all. Had he said, "my camp and I ", it would have not only been better English but also in better taste. What a self loving, distasteful person this man is. Hubris drives him and hubris will destroy him, it is only a matter of time. I for one can not wait to see his downfall and total humiliation. It will come.
12. We did the impossible... we' ve betrayed oure own people!
tejo ,   Eurabia   (05.29.07)
13. What a caricature; Peretz, the triumphant loser.
Uzi ,   Haifa   (05.29.07)
He not only believes in what he says, he believes that whatever he says determines or changes reality, past, present and future.
14. The glass is half-full even when it's empty
Ilan ,   Ariel   (05.29.07)
Gives a bit of perspective on Peretz's world view. The war last summer and his performance of as DM were victories to the same extent as reaching 20% as the incumbent. This changes Peretz from an incompetent to partly capable. That is great news for his followers who get by with only 80 IQ points less than 100.
15. Pollsters very much off the mark
Steve ,   USA   (05.29.07)
B"H If the Labor camp had so much support behind Peretz, where did these single-digit reports come about in terms of popularity. 22% is quite a lot of popularity, much higher than single digits. Thirty percent can mean the PM slot. The press is not reporting on the mark here and is not understand the election base very effectively. I am not sure who is doing the polling but some of these poor popularity claims need to be checked against actual results to figure out where the discrepency lies. Otherwise come election time for Olmert, he could launch a surprise and receive a renewed mandate, and the press would have no idea what came down.
16. Peretz, go home you jerk.
Avraham ,   Netivot   (05.29.07)
17. Pertz & Barak
Allan Leibler ,   Jerusalem   (05.29.07)
Israel's worst ever defence minister will now swing his support to a completely failed ex PM who was willing to sell off the Old City of Jerusalem including the Kottel , who literally ran out of Lebanon thus contributing to last year's war and the present problem in Gaza. Labour is on the verge of committing political suicide as it has become a party of "deals". The national interest is no longer a factor among Labour leaders. How it is possible to bring back Barak to political prominence is mind boggling. Have Israeli's forgotten so quickly the tango of Barak and Beilin? Unbelievable.!
18. I can only hope Labor goes into Oblivion
Esther ,   Ofarim, Israel   (05.30.07)
during the next general election. Are the members of the Labor party really so blind? Have they learned nothing? Peres Barak Mitzna Peretz What a list..
