Well, since there is Israelis and Syrian in Golan and some problem in how to remove the Israelis "if" and once peace is achieved, why don’t we just make the Golan a sort of "Monaco" (but should belong to Syria) that is in some sort independent from both countries, where we could install local leaders (Syrian and Israeli equally) to have a say on daily matters in the Golan.
