The world now knows that Iran doesn't care about its muslim neighbors either, and I do believe that they would bomb them just as fast as they would attack Israel. Of course they knew about the radar (and US did), knew also that all launches are being tracked, how much, how far, how precise. And they knew that Russia will never fire upon Iran first. So they kept polite with Moscow and thought that's enough and kept 'rocking the boat.' Until recently. Already Iran expressed a wish to talk with Moscow. But words are out, moreover it was confirmed that offer remains. I think the world just has been turned a bit. All the Irani nuclear-ballistic programme has just received another bit of uncertainity. US has yet to respond to the offer. I understand these thing aren't done in a rush. There are plans laid for years, forward schedules drawn ahead. No army bureaucrat will just dispose of them and start over again. This must be a President-grade decision. But I have no doubts this offer is in Israel favour. Iran must stop rocking the boat.
