1/ Bill 101 doesn't forbid the use of english but rather does enforce the use of french. That is a big difference which does allow my kids to study in english and myself to work in english. 2/ The government of Quebec is presently not independantist but liberal. Just to rectify your mistakes...

Actually our "socialist" government is conservative and was the first in the whole word to side with Israel during the second Lebanon war. Did you get your PhD in historical accuracy with llan Pappe ?
