This is completely unhealthy for a democracy and for a Jewish country. This Court does not represent the values and principles of a vast number of it's citizens let alone the Torah. These are murders of our young defenders, murders from an enemy nation. They should have been executed swiftly. It will be nice when the Left can rejoin reality and understand the meaning of Justice.

Judge Chaim Liran of the Jerusalem Magistrates Court has acquitted a Border Guard policeman of beating IDF Col. (res.) Moti Yogev at the Amona destruction last year. Yogev is still suffering from the injuries he sustained, including a permanent limp. On Feb. 1, 2006, hundreds of policeman used clubs and horses to brutally and violently clear the way for the destruction of nine Jewish-built homes. The police department's unit for investigating complaints against policemen, which brought the charges against the accused, said it would appeal the ruling.
