monique   (07.25.07)
One said now in Israel i feel safe", wait until the rockets start flying and Olmert hasn't fixed your local shelter or given you your gas masks lets see how safe you feel then. How lucky you feel when this strike leads to another one two months from now because the deal that ended the strike fell through,or when you realize just how lousy the educational system is here and the gov, does nothing about it. But whatever you do don't move to Sderot, you will not feel safe there since the gov.ignores the fact that the people there get hit by rockets daily, yet they do not have adquate shelters and the schools are not reinforced there yet either!

Yes,because after olmerd decided to poiliticize the Army,no longer Jews can feel protected. Unfortunately,at this moment, this is the truth. I wish it will change soon.

the same as 50% of the youth in Israel, they all want to leave here!!! The truth is that this is not their land, and they know it. Big difference, between who you give him/her money, promises of suitable and high lifestile, security, tours here and there in order to come and live here (and most of them don't) and one who is living in respectful places and houses, have their jobs and life in Jordan, USA or whereever, and dreams of the day to come back to his/her home. You're right. There are parts of Israel where the police won't help you. If you're robbed, they'll do nothing. If you defend yourself and your property with a gun, they'll put you in jail. And they'll let the Arabs go free.
