1. PEACE, NOW!!!!!!!!!!
Yael ,   Haifa   (07.28.07)
2. Support? Not Opposed? EVIDENCE?
sk ,   USA   (07.28.07)
So, some Muslim makes an assertion, and the Ynet caption writer first misquotes the Muslim, then takes the actual language and does not seek to corroborate it in any way? This seems like anti-Bibi politics by Ynet--and this has NOTHING to do with new journalism.
3. BIBI = OLMERT=BARAK=ARAB''S PUPPETS
(07.28.07)
4. BIBI, BARAK, OLMERT, WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE?...
Rabbi Yochanan ,   Gush Chalav   (07.28.07)
JUST FASTER OR SLOWER SURRENDER TO THE ARAB MURDERERS AND THEIR SUPPORTERS! THEY ALL LIE AND FIL THEIR POCKETS!
5. Bibi, Another puppet of foreign interests
Marcel ,   Florida   (07.28.07)
Bibi is a fraud who has sold out Israel to his masters in Washington. Just as Sharon fooled Israel by bowing to a foreign agenda which destroys Israel in stages ,Netanyahu has proven during his rule as P.M .who he really serves.
6. And what about Gaza which is not longer Israel's problem !
redmiike ,   tel aviv   (07.28.07)
I don't know when the interview took place but it is clear that now that Israel is finally 99% (letting people return to Gaza and humanitarian aid is all that is left) free of Gaza that it is now out of any negotiations. Israel has always wanted to get rid of Gaza but Egypt (cleverly) didn't want it but Hamas finally did the job and it won't be coming back here! Olmert or no Olmert!
7. Bibi
(07.28.07)
How is that we're supposed to take the word of someone whose faith teaches that it's okay to lie to infidels. How is that YNet is so ready to believe anything that puts down the opposition?
8. #6
Sam   (07.28.07)
You are saying that Gaza is no longer Israel's problem. Well, Israel is still the occupying power there! It controls the air, sea, land entrances, and supplies entering Gaza, and people coming in and out, not to mention the Israeli excursions with tanks every now and then. In other words, Gaza is a big fenced prison, and Israel has the keys, so look at it from any side you want, Israel still occupies Gaza.
9. Striking Shock!
Sharif Hafez ,   Giza, Egypt   (07.28.07)
It would be a striking shock to believe that Bibi supports the Arab Peace Plan. I believe that he indicates so, in order to get re-elected, especially that Barak can have better chances!
10. Bibi - Sold out!
(07.28.07)
11. Moshe Feiglin is the one!
David H   (07.28.07)
Visit jewishisrael.org, Moshe's website. Bibi is bad news for Israel.
12. Arab-Bush peace in 2 months, before Abbas killed
Jim ,   Chicago   (07.28.07)
Remember that Nush thinks only 2 months ahead. Saudis think only 2-3 weeks ahead. everyone knows that Abbas will be killed soon by palestinians. So saudis who supported Hamas 3 months ago (remember conference in Saudi Arabia where they gave go ahead to Hamas) now want Abbas for the next few weeks. Israel should think more than 3 months ahead.
13. NOT SO FAST!!!
Bluto ,   Cincinnati, U.S.A.   (07.28.07)
#3, 4, and 5. Go back and re-read what Bibi said; unlike Rabin and Omert, he's no dupe!
14. Where's Bibi's response? Are YNET making up stories again?
Nannette ,   London   (07.28.07)
Or are they just taking the Arabs' words as truth?
15. JUSTICE FOR JEWISH REFUGEES NOW!
Linda Rivera ,   New York   (07.28.07)
Around 1948, one million Jews suffered violent RELIGIOUS Jew cleansing from Arab countries. Arab governments seized the land, farms, homes, hospitals, schools, businesses and bank accounts of the Jews. Most Jewish refugees fled to Israel where the religious terror war against Jews NEVER stops. Cruel Global war is waged to subjugate every nation under Islamic sharia law - it is unacceptable to Islamists for Jews to have self-rule in TINY Israel. The 1948 Jewish refugees and their descendants who make up about half of Israel's Jewish citizens MUST be compensated in land and finances!
16. sk - you're in denial. Bibi is not what you think.
Michelle ,   Vancouver   (07.28.07)
Bibi is not opposed to withdrawals, only to unilateral withdrawals. His disappointing statements keep coming one after the other. Don't you keep track? He thinks he has no opposition for the leadership of Likud and later for the PM job, and is not even trying to pretend, for Pete's sake. He wants Jordanian troops in the WB and now he has embraced the Arabs' plan. Where has been Bibi when he was needed? Much damage has been done to Israel since he became active as PM or in the Knesset. He could have done so much to rally everyone around him and oppose the expulsions and everything that has contributed to the situation in which Israel finds itself right now. Admit it sk.... The only one capable of saving Israel is Feiglin. I know you think he's too religious for your taste, but there are vital things at stake for Israel right now.
17. why not the pay is good lets look for new enemy
tea man ,   majayoun lebanon   (07.28.07)
that is always the case only the fools die for their countries while the shrewd make business now every body will jump on the bandwagon of fighting iran the money is good and the fear monger is workings and the idiots ready to die prefect business plan you will get financed
18. #11 - Moseh Feiglin is the one.....
Andy ,   ramat hasharon   (07.28.07)
who will ensure that we will be fighting for the next several decades, and that no opportunity for peace will be pursued.
19. 18 - Andy - You'd be surprises at how quickly the Arabs make
Michelle ,   Vancouver   (07.28.07)
peace with Israel once they find out that PM Feiglin, with the support of a majority of the population, MEANS business. It's the weakness of Israel's leaders that has allowed the Arabs to make demand after demand. The only thing they are after is the expulsion of all the Jews from what they consider Arab land, that is, all of Israel. Nothing else will satisfy them. Just ask them.
20. Does any of you know what feiglin means?
(07.28.07)
That is in german? I wonder why he has not yet changed his name...
21. Michelle (16) I've already granted your basic point re: bibi
sk ,   USA   (07.28.07)
My point is that this "news" story contains a false caption on the main page and relies on claims by someone who has precisely zero credibility. In other words, my point is that this story is part of a smear campaign with the hoped result of strengthening Kadima and ilmert. I think it's important to insist on accurate reporting. As I've said before, I think that Israelis should stop working, paying taxes, doing IDF service, etc., until fundamental reforms are made. But as Israelis will not do this, they should vote Feiglin.
22. Andy (18), you err here.
sk ,   USA   (07.28.07)
Part of "multiculturalism" is to UNDERSTAND the other culture. How many decades of piss processing need to occur until you achieve this? A jihad is being waged against Israel. There will be only three choices for Israeli Jews based on Islam: (1) death, (2) subjugation, or (3) conversion to Islam. Peace is not a choice.
23. Is Feiglin too religious?
BJL ,   usa   (07.28.07)
A lot of people think so. But here we are again, after one leftist government approach after another, one unilateral pullout after another, one "disengagement" after another and Israel is now facing an existential threat not seen since '73 or WORSE. So what has been gained? Nothing! Israel will be attacked shortly, we all know it. Who will Israel rely on to save it? Barak? Bibi? Livni? When the missiles are raining down on TA and Haifa, who will you call upon? HaShem. So, far there is only one who acknowleges the G-d of Abraham, Issac and Jacob. That is Feiglin. Policies of the left, middle and right are worthless, if it is without the strength and clarity of the Almighty. Lets face it. The Arabs are counting on Allah to destroy Israel. Their devilish devotion to Allah is stronger than your secular policies. They have a stronger will. Only by relying on HaShem will you defeat the coming terror and guarantee peace.
24. Bibi not opposed to uprooting over 100,000 Jews from homes?
Lemmings Hotline ,   sd usa   (07.28.07)
We need to hear this from the horses mouth!!!!
25. Moshe Feiglin Israel's only hope!!!
Israeli ,   Israel   (07.28.07)
Israel deserves better than these G-dless, corrupt, selfish politicians. It's time to get these traitors out of power, especially Bibi who has long since betrayed his voters who expected him to dump Oslo, and then watched in horror as he embraced it. It's time for honest, intelligent, strong leadership who believes in the justice of OUR cause and not the Arabs. It's time for a leader who believes in the G-d who brought us out of Egypt! We want Moshe Feiglin as PM and we want him NOW!!!
26. #11, David
Connie ,   VA. USA   (07.29.07)
It may be that he is the man for the job. He reminds me of when Ronald Reagan became president after the disastrous term of Jimmy Carter. He inspired the entire country: such as "America is a shining city on a hill". He came along at a time when we needed to look at who we were, where we had come from and what we had been blessed with. We may be witnessing a similar awakening in Israel. I hope so.
27. Bibi would have sold out if he said this
ralphsrant1 ,   USA   (07.28.07)
Bibi would have sold out if he said this. I can't believe he would agree to a full Israeli withdrawal and a quote joint capital in Jerusalem something would really be admiss if that is the case. Definately Civil War would occurr, And a inquiry into the reasons why he would have said it and a abrupt change of opinion? http://ralphsrant1.blogspot.com/
28. same policies different bodies
zionist forever   (07.29.07)
IF its true and not just more arab propoganda then there isnt much to look forward to in Israeli politcs/ Barak, Olmert, Bibbi .. the same sell outs just different bodies. Israel needs a new politcal system, one where the politicians are loyal to contiuancies not the party, as long as the party decides who is going to be the top of the list and future PM then there is going to be the same old faces running the country at every ellection there will never be any new faces and new ideas. We have Peres who is in his 80s and untill he was made president he was officialy deputy PM and the last time Bibbi held the top job was 10 years ago. Its either you just stick around to long or your out of it for to long and then make a comeback. Lets just hope that Bibbi wont be like the idiot Olmert and sell out the jews in Jerusalem and the Golan the way he sold out the jews in Hebron, Unfortunatly it looks like he is the best of a bad bunch
29. Bibi is just like the rest of them - Politician = Lies
JN   (07.29.07)
Pray to G-d only he can help
30. there has never been a peace process
jack bauer ,   usa   (07.29.07)
It has always been a sham. It will always be one. There may be a ceasefire or truce, whatever you like to call it. It may last for years on end...but in essence as long as there are non moslems living in the shadow of islam, they will be under threat. Giving away territory, in any (small/large)amount only placates for a little while, and unless both parties involved want peace there will never peace. It is obvious to anyone with an IQ of over 10 that on the streets of the ME the people dont want peace. At least not if it means peace with jews. The Egypt peace or Jordan peace could be touted as an example by the peace now leftniks. But the folks on the street think its been forced upon them by their autocratic govt. But all it would take is a change of govt. in Egypt for the sinai to be turned into a forward operating theater for preparations against Israel. Having given up its oil, sacred sites, minerals, and strategic value, for a so called peace....a peace where they allow guns and drugs to be smuggled across daily. Unconditional surrender should be the only objective in the next war. The Japanese and Germans both had to give up totally. Then the big bad west transformed their countries into the peace loving, money worshiping countries they are today. Nothing less than total defeat and unconditional surrender will change the mindset on the streets. One where it is no longer acceptable to brodcast every day, hate filled rhetoric to children inciting them toward a cult of suicide
