1. Why is bigotry legally imposed?
Steve ,   USA   (07.30.07)
B"H A Jew should not be discriminated against because of his religion and should be able to build on land just like an Arab can. Why is this bigotry a legal imposition guarenteed by the Israeli police? If a Jew wants to expand his house, he should be able to just like any other human resident of the area of means does.
2. Illegal construction? Or Jewish construction illegal?

I always read the Bible thinking that land was the Jewish legacy. Is the Bible therefore erroneous? Why doesn't Peace Now try to prohibit the reading of the Bible in that case, since it states outright the land is the Jewish legacy. In fact there is proof that Peace Now are aliens from another planet, believed to be the planet Cretin, in a far distant galaxy.
4. Israel's Transferring Parts of CIvilian Population Illegal
Fred Farkelsteinman ,   NY, NY USA   (07.31.07)
Jews are allowed to build anywhere inside of Israel proper (behind the Green Line) that the law permits, but in the occupied Palestinian territories, it is illegal for Israel to, by what ever means, transport parts of its own civilian population onto lands it holds under belligerent occupation per the IV Geneva Convention. Israel has no right to build on occupied lands period, regardless of what they promised to the illegal settlers, and UNSCR 242already calls for Israel's full withdrawal from lands it seized in 1967 (the omission of "the" means nothing... i.e. Keep off Grass and Keep of THE grass" are mutually interchangeable.), so in the end all the WB settlements will be vacated unless the Palestinian agree to swap lands in the WB for land in Israel as part of a peace deal, which has already been discussed. Israel's future is in the Negev and in Galilee, as Condi Rice said, so get used to it and make the desert bloom once again as you say.

IN a normal regime the criminal probe would be into Peace Now/Death Now. They receive their monies from major antizionist/antisemitic entities. Why? They harass the soldiers, communicate with the enemy, and incite others to harm nationalist Jews. The authorities all over Israel are beholden to those pulling the strings for these far leftists, within Israel and beyond. The ruling left Israeli families have hijacked the courts, the police, the academics, the media etc. The only chance nationalist Jews have is to ignore them and to forge right past them.

with JEWISH DONATIONS! U.N., PA Building on Jewish-Owned Land in Jerusalem by Aaron Klein, WorldNetDaily.com April 12, '07 (IsraelNN.com) Land in Jerusalem owned by a Jewish group and purchased primarily using Jewish donor funds has been used for the illegal construction of dozens of Palestinian apartment buildings, a refugee camp and a United Nations school, WorldNetDaily (WND) has learned. The Jewish-owned lands, estimated to be worth about $38 million, recently were blocked off from Jewish sections of Jerusalem and isolated to Arab neighborhoods by Israel's security fence. The Jewish National Fund, an international nonprofit organization that owns the properties, has seemingly done little to boot the Arab squatters from its land, while the Israeli government, which manages the areas, did not halt the illegal Arab construction on the Jewish-owned properties... Illegal Arab construction on Jewish-owned lands is not limited to Jerusalem. Arabs are reportedly building without permits on JNF-owned property in the Galilee and in areas outside Bethlehem… http://www.israelnationalnews.com/News/News.aspx/122078 Jewish group misleading donors? By Aaron Klein WorldNetDaily.com April 30, 2007 In response to queries by concerned donors, Jewish National Fund CEO Russell Robinson sent letters stating the land highlighted by WND "was under Jordanian management prior to 1967.".. .A photo taken in 1991 of one of the sites, Shoafat, shows the entire area was a forest – meaning all illegal Arab construction took place after 1967 while the land was under Jewish control. An aerial photo taken in 1967 of the second site, Qalandiya, which is now a large Arab town, finds construction of a U.N. building but few other sites, indicating the vast majority of Arab construction – dozens of large apartment complexes – occurred under JNF control... http://www.worldnetdaily.com/news/article.asp?ARTICLE_ID=55444 Write: Russell F. Robinson CEO, Jewish National Fund, 42 E. 69th Street, New York, NY 10021 (www.jnf.org) Demand ALL Arab squatters are evicted-the land given immediately to Jews!
12. ze'ev haver...vs peace now
sc ,   j-ru   (07.31.07)
haver...respect to you...keep going. it's our land and it always will be. peace now - what exactly are you trying to achieve? yeah, i see the "peace" bit, and i see the "now" bit, but remember that little incident 2 years ago...err, the disengagement?? the one that destroyed communities, that gave your peace-loving arab neighbours carte-blanche to move nearer our borders and continue firing rockets into israel unabated? killing, injuring and frightening your fellow citizens?? and you continue protesting in the streets for better human rights for the arabs...do me a favour. my dad always said the worst anti-semites were jews...well what with you lot here and the academic boycott in england started by jews we may as well just slit our wrists now and be done with it. only i'm not giving in that easily... how about getting off your lazy left-wing, no-good butts and get a reality check. otherwise sderot is only the start and it won't be long before you have to explain to your children that the reason you're hiding in your miklatim for days and weeks on end is because you fought for their rights. how about working for all our OUR rights first?? our right to existence, our right to safety, our basic right not to be suspicious every time we get on a bus just because we have the chutzpah to want a jewish homeland...
13. FOREIGN Governments Fund ANTI-ISRAEL Organizations
Linda Rivera ,   New York   (07.31.07)
FOREIGN Governments Fund ANTI-ISRAEL Organizations Manipulating 'civil society' GERALD M. STEINBERG , THE JERUSALEM POST Feb. 20, 2007 ...But when foreign governments team up with and provide financial support to private Israeli groups in order to oppose policies that are set by democratically elected leaders, this is a problem. It is also a violation of sovereignty, and a clear example of neocolonialism. Nevertheless, the recent discovery that the British Embassy in Tel Aviv is funding an Israeli non-governmental organization (NGO) known as "Bimkom - Planners for Planning Rights" - is not surprising. The ostensible focus of the "research" is on the impact of the security barrier on Palestinian villages... In this way, the British government will receive an analysis from an Israeli group that supports London's position against the route of the barrier... (The Danish government provided Bimkom with $200,000 for a project on "Palestinian neighborhoods.") For years, European governments have used the same approach by providing funding to well-known Israeli domestic political groups, such as Peace Now, B'Tselem, and the Peres Center. The Swiss Foreign Ministry and the European Union, among others, supported the failed public relations campaign to sell the Israel public the Geneva Initiative - a track-two peace proposal led by Yossi Beilin and his Palestinian counterparts. And under the misleading label of "partners for peace," the EU Delegation in Tel Aviv is funding a group known as the Israeli Committee Against House Demolitions, which promotes anti-Israel boycotts and divestment. It also funds Israeli-Arab groups, such as Mossawa and Adallah, which ostensibly advocate for social and economic justice for the Arabs of Israel, but have done their fair share to demonize the Jewish state... Furthermore, the scale of European government funding for Israeli and Palestinian political organizations that claim to promote human rights, peace and democracy is huge, and largely hidden... Israel, as a vibrant democracy, does not need, and should not be the target of "civil society initiatives" engineered by foreign governments, whether well-meaning or hostile... www.jpost.com

Rob ,   UK   (07.31.07)
1.) It is not "illegal" for Jews to live in Judea/Samaria. 2.) The so-called "Geneva Conventions" do not cover voluntary settlement of land. 3.) Israel has never taken land from a nation called "Palestine." Ergo, it cannot by definition be called "Palestinian" territory. 4.) U.N. Resolution 242: calls on the parties to make peace and allows Israel to administer the territories it occupied in 1967 until "a just and lasting peace in the Middle East" is achieved." Since there will never be lasting peace between terrorist Islamic states and Israel, Israel is thus permitted to retain any parts of Judea/Samaria it deems fit as per its security requirements. "Speaker after speaker made it explicit that Israel was not to be forced back to the "fragile" and "vulnerable" Armistice Demarcation Lines, but should retire once peace was made to what Resolution 242 called "secure and recognized" boundaries" 5.) 'Ending the occupation' is nothing more than immoral code-speak for the ethnic cleansing of hundreds of thousands of Jews from Judea/Samaria. So, no, I will not "get used to it."

You are seemingly the only Israeli tb'er on this subject . Those begalut generally don't know anything about what they speak , you probably a little bit more . Well , you are against the disengagment from Gush Katif , because it brought those pal's nearer our border [ where they were already ] and can shoot at us . A question to you : are you sure that without this disengagement there would be no Israeli casualties ? Were there no Jewish victims when our settlements were still in this region ?
