is the only organization in our country that keep a picture of Haniyeh and the Pali flag at their front door
32. B'Tselem is not a human rights association
JPS ,   Efrat   (08.07.07)
The problem with B'Tselem is that it is NOT a human rights association - it is a Palestinian rights association only. They purposefully mislead the world into thinking they are a human rights organization so as to pull the wool over everybody's eyes and achieve unwarranted legitimacy. Their own website contains self-condemnation: "B'Tselem does not distinguish between violations committed by Israel and those committed by the Palestinian Authority. The organization monitors the activities of the Palestinian Authority affecting human rights and deals in its publications with severe violations by the Palestinian Authority. However, as an Israeli organization, the majority of its efforts is directed at violations committed by our government on behalf of all of us." In other words, Israelis whose rights are violated are not human, while Palestinians are. When looking at the atrocities committed against human beings in the "occupied territories", B'tselem is almost silent about Palestinian human rights violations against Israelis. In other words, B'tselem's politically correct attitude is that it's ok for Palestinians to violate the rights of Israeli "settlers". While they don't specifically say it (that I can see on their website), they appear to buy into the Palestinian lie that Palestinians have the "legitimate right to resist the occupation by any means." B'tselem is not a human rights organization. It is a Palestinian lobby group wearing a Jewish liberal disguise.

It's the Paris Hilton Syndrome. As long as you act outrageously, you'll grab some headlines.
34. Not since Intifada II - BECAUSE INTIFADA II
meir elazar   (08.07.07)
The solution is simple: STOP PAL TERROR AND ISRAEL WON'T NEED THE COUNTER-TERROR OPERATIONS THAT KEEP ISRAELIS SAFE. When was the last major terror attack? Why are there so few "successful" attacks? Exactly. The counter-terror measures work to protect Israelis at the expense of liberties for PALs. Stop the terror and improve your quality of life. Remember Aesop's fable about the dog and the bone. PALs would continue to seek to destroy Israel will destroy themselves.

meir elazar   (08.07.07)
Betzelem is Hebrew and comes from the pasuk - "Betzelem Elokim Nivra Adam" - In the image of G-d man was created. Cross is Tzlav. The first two letters of Tzelem and Tzlav are the same but the last letter is Mem and Vait. I can not stand the Btzelem parasites that aid and abett terror but at least one should get the facts correct.

Meir, re-read what Ely wrote "The word Tselem of the B'tselem is a Yiddish word " yiddish, yiddish , yiddish not Ivrit, a tzelem is a cross in yiddish Tzlav is in Ivrit. And yes Btzelem loves to crucify Jews to make their beloved terrorists look innocent!. Israel can do without Btzelem, Women in Black, Peace Now, and a few other rabble rousing self hating Jewish groups!
37. BTselem to man checkpoints
Stan ,   JHB RSA   (08.08.07)
Its about time soldiers that ascribe to the principles of BTselem be sent to man the checkpoints that keep Israelis safe from attack. No more wingeing and whining !!
