He is a fool like Olmert! THe Haifa area was hit daily by the katushas last summer,I know because I stayed in K.Haim because I had to drive daily to Rambam for radiation therapy! There was not a day durning the enitre war that our sirens didn't wail and we heard the thud of rockets hitting in the area.!
