...it is important to cut back on its expenditure, funding and power if not replace it with coalitions of like minded nations. It should revert to it's original purpose of providing a forum for the prevention of wars. It should not be considered the moral forum on any subject as it has made of itself a farce. There is no yardstick that enables the UN to arrive at moral judgments. The UN arrives at moral judgments through a majority vote of immoral participants. What is more farcical is the continued support of the UN by "western" countries.
