That reducec the reuptake of Cesium-137. 30mg Zinc tablets should be in the bag and take one daily. That reduces the reuptake of radioactive zinc-65. Sublingual (NOT ORAL) Vitamin B-12 tablets 1000mcg under the tongue daily suppresses the uptake of cobalt-60 which is a very dangerous radioactive pollutant.

Well said. There is no need if you are a Jew in your heart. Jews have a valid preexisting covenant with the Lord the Christians and Catholics do not seem to understand, except for a few. Many Jews including Christopher Columbus became Catholics outwardly to stay alive. His interest in converting was survival.
