1. IDF/Police Falls Short.Again.
Adina Kutnicki ,   US   (08.28.07)
Well, well. A PA 'security' officer has to remind the Israeli security officers to take better care of their citizens on the border towns. What IS the world coming to?? Are the Israeli forces tasked to let Jews from Judea and Samaria get purposefully into trouble to teach them a painful lesson? Just wondering......
2. Maybe PA and Israel should start with some joint efforts?
meir elazar   (08.28.07)
Maybe it might be a good step to look for joint efforts between Palestinian police and Israeli police. It is clear that these incidents indicate that some Palestinian policemen are honorable and serve the Palestinians and Israelis well. We have long claimed that Palestinians are responsible for actions emanating from their areas. In Gaza we see no responsibility. These incident suggest that Fatah and WB PAL forces are meeting their responsibility. It would be a very good thing to match their show of responsibility with positive reciprocation and demonstrate that such actions (saving lives) will promote peace and prosperity for Palestinians. If efforts between police are successful, maybe we can look for other opportunities as well. I realize that the mob mentality and hatreds will take years to mend and the terrorists will always try to murder and maim, but hopefully deradicalization of the population can proceed if cooperative efforts commence and lead to improved quality of life. The fall of Hamas was a good starting point. The actions of the police were a second important step. Maybe there is still hope.

4. Question: Is there any tampering with road signs?
Kevin G ,   Oregon, USA   (08.28.07)
Just like Adina, I'm also highly suspicious of why so many people are losing their way, including an IDF officer today.
5. lynching
Yehudit ,   Bet Shemesh, Israel   (08.28.07)
What fascinates me is the matter-of-fact acceptance by everyone that the normal and appropriate reaction to lost strangers in Arab settlements is that of Sodom.
6. CIVILLIANS?
Yakov ,   Australia   (08.28.07)

7. This happened to me as well, problem with maps!
Joseph Caro ,   Jerusalem   (08.28.07)
A few months ago I was driving from Shilo up North and on the english map from ElDan it shoes a red highway the same one all the way from Jerusalam going around not through the major Arab villages. But it actually does go through actual PA cities....At one point people were coming out of their houses and were pointing at us and making us feel very unsafe. Thank G-D we found IDF Patrol who said it was extremely dangerous and we got out ok. All maps have to be BETTER marked, different colour roads or areas where PA threat exists!

13. Jews in Great DANGER in Muslim areas in ALL areas of World
Linda Rivera ,   New York   (08.28.07)
G-D NEVER changes! G-D's Laws NEVER change! G-D commanded: YOU SHALL NOT MURDER Who will not fear this great and mighty G-D? My flesh trembles for fear of You, and I am afraid of Your judgments. Psalm 119 Muslims are deeply aware of the great importance to Jews of obeying G-D's Laws and that Jews are merciful as G-D is merciful - therefore, Muslims walk and live with great confidence and without any fear whatsoever in Jewish neighborhoods in Israel, US, UK, Europe, Australia, etc.
