Since Olmert was appointed and his approval rating is in the single digits, how does he speak for the majority of Jews of Israel. Why are the other parties so silent to this very unpopular leader. Such headlines reflecting "talking" are mere spin. Everyone knows what they "talk" about: 1) No withdrawal to 1967 lines; 2) No division of Jerusalem; 3) No return of refugees. What a great "discussion of substantive issues." The media is pathetic. Utterly pathetic.

Golan, Gaza, Judea and Samaria, Jerusalem, the Temple Mount, anything else that is part of israel, including everyone in it... and oh yah... olmert resolves to empty all of the arab refugee camps (settlements) into israel. Olmert is such a hero... that the earlier he is dumped the better... along with peres and company.

But I mean, what else is new? Olmert is discussing borders *before* discussing cessation of terrorist hostilities. How backwards is that?

This sounds like it should be the summation of Olmert's leadership. If my nation promotes and pushes this set of "conditions," I fear G-d enough, and believe H-s Word enough, to know that we and Israel will see preventive and punitive judgement to allow G-d's agenda to superceed these men and their plans. The "unholy alliance" of the three world religions ruling the mount may be acceptable in mans eyes. It cannot remain, and will not be the case when Meshiak comes. Of this I am absolutely sure.

Abbas wants prisoners Olmert gives him prisoners. Its only a matter of time between that that Olmert and `peres decide to release the mass murdered Marwan Bargouti. As far as other arab countries being involved the great Abbas has spoken and Olmert who is so anxious to get into bed with Assad and Abbas will say thats a great idea. The arabs tell us what they want and we go into overdrive to get it for them as quickly as possible. Whats in Israelis interest under Olmert has become second to whats in arab interests .. buy him a chequired keffia and a AK47 and he will fit right in ... he can lead the arabs into battle against Israel. I hope they are setting asside plenty of virgins up there in paradise for Olmert who has donen so much to hurt Israel and help the arabs.

But "peace" is not what he will get in return.

No one should throw a party for the early sign of peace deal, because the world has witnessed again and again that the occupiers (Israel) and his friend (the USA) has never agreed to accept all the U. N. Council Resolutions to free 5 million human beings and their land and lives from the Israeli occupation. Israel will never give back the looted land and Palestinians will never accept anything less than that. Unless America becomes an honest broker and use justice and fairness, no peace deal is possible.

Israel should let Hamas to depose Abbas and smash Fatah in Judea and Samaria, or even help Hamas to do so. Then a way should be found to abolish the PA and wipe it off the world map and consciousness. It will also open the way for the Kingdom of Jordan to take charge as the only viable nation state of all the Arabs of Greater Palestine. Having got rid of the PA, Israel and Jordan should agree on the border between them in Judea and Samaria and maybe cede Gaza to Egypt that would sort it out quite smartly. Everybody, Jews and Arabs, should continue to live in peace where they are and nobody should move from their homes or land. Israelis who would thus become residents of the Kingdom of Jordan should be given rights and conditions like the Arabs in Israel.

So far, each Israeli concession bring more war and more terror. Arab are stockpiling weapons in Gaza and are preparing for the next war, Olmert will give them Judea-Samaria and Jerusalem and they will use this land against Israel.
