1. Photos: See what the Arab Waqf is doing to the Temple Mount
Sasson ,   Israel   (08.30.07)
Here http://www.har-habayt.org/ EVERYONE MUST SEE THIS!
2. I wish Salah was right in this!
Jew ,   Jerusalem   (08.30.07)
Rebuilding the Temple would make things clearer and better in this region.
3. This Arab Tells The Truth!
Reuven Brauner ,   Raanana, Israel   (08.30.07)
"Head of Islamic Movement accuses Israel of conspiring to build Jewish Temple on Temple Mount" He is absolutely right - well almost. It all depends on what he means by "Israel". If he means the Historical Jewish Nation of Israel, he is right. If he means the State of Israel, he is dead wrong. Now tell him to get out of the way, our bulldozers are coming........
4. Oh shut up Salah and share a little
Jo Jo ,   UK   (08.30.07)
Why are muslims so greedy?
5. you can bet your burka we will !! :-)
will pray at temple ,   yerushalaim, Israel   (08.30.07)
6. This raghead holds an Israeli passport.
israeli ,   israel   (08.30.07)
When he says "Israel" he means the enemy, not his country. He should be stripped of his citizenship and kicked back into Jordan where Umm-el-Fahm originally beleonged (and it was not taken from Jordan, it was given to Israel as a result of the 1949 armistice, if memory serves me right). Should he choose to open his stinking mouth in Jordan against the Hashemite Kingdom, the Royal House of Jordan would have no problem reminding him of Black September!
7. Israel wants to encroach on parts of Temple Mount
bob ,   jerusalem   (08.30.07)
I only wish that it be true! I don't believe that after all these years of official ambivilence that our power hungry, corrupt officials finally understand that the Temple Mount belongs to the Jews without any apologies. I was on the mount a week ago. First we were divided into 2 groups, one with religious looking people (ie kipote), the other not. The religious group were delayed an additional 40 minutes before they were allowed up, and were surrounded by a couple of waqf henchmen and two israeli policemen, all with the goal of preventing anyone from praying, G-d forbid, even as individuals. Any speech or material referring to the original Temples was forbidden. One can only imagine the uproar if Jews prevented muslems from praying any where, never mind their holiest site! The non-religious group only had one waqf goon who just made sure there was no praying. Jews are just plain stupid. The silence of our leaders, both left and right is deafening and disgusting.
8. Israel encroaches ?
Sagi ,   Israel   (08.30.07)
This is the way the Arabs manipulate the truth and the facts of history and life. Who encroached on whose land ? Who built a mosque on our holy Temple Mount ? The problem with the Arabs is that they want to declare, and in fact make, the whole world holy only unto themselves. Until they understand that others also exist there will be no peace between the West and the world of Islam.
9. whats so bad about 3rd Temple?
augustine e johnson ,   birmingham, alabama   (08.30.07)
the sooner a third temple is built the better i like it -- the whole land belongs to israel---- from christian
10. Its only a matter of time...
Jo Jo ,   UK   (08.30.07)
someone send him MBD's "Jerusalem is Not for Sale" CD. Lyrics: "You better run for your lives - before the mountain top opens wide and swallows you inside" Hala Sultan Tekke is their 3rd holiest site
11. i say build a skyscraper ;)
Igor D. ,   New York   (08.30.07)
israelis should not only build on top of the al aqsa mosque, they should be proud to do so considering the fact that it was originally their own land to begin with coupled with the fact that muslums have no respect for anything jewish. I say they should put a skyscraper there with a big white and blue flag on top!
12. Moslems, listen! A sower went out to sow his seed...
Norway   (08.30.07)
The seed is the word of God. The sower is the Son of Man, Isa/Jesus sows the word of God: And as he sowed... Some fell on rock and as soon as it sprang up, it withered away because it lacked moisture... Luke 8:5-6 But the ones on the rock are those who, when they hear, receive the word with joy and these have no root, who believe for a while and in time of temptation fall away. Luke 8:13 But he who received the seed on stony places, (the Moslem) this is he who hears the word and immediately receives it with joy... yet he has no root in himself, but endures only for a while. FOR WHEN TRIBULATION OR PERSECUTION ARISES BECAUSE OF THE WORD... (of God) IMMEDIATELY HE - THE MOSLEM STUMBLES. Matthew 13:20-21, Mark 4:16-17 Some fell on stony ground, where it did not have much earth... and immediately it sprang up because it had no depth of earth, BUT WHEN THE SUN WAS UP IT WAS SORCHED... AND BECAUSE IT HAD NO ROOT IT WITHERED AWAY... Mark 4:5-6 The Quran is largely made up by ALTERED STORIES of Abraham, Noah, Moses, Jesus and other biblical figures...
13. Why cant Muslims handle the facts JEWS were there first
David ,   Boston, USA   (08.30.07)
and it IS Judaisms holiest site. When you respect our holy sites we can talk peace. When you talk violent incitement we can end discussions of peace.
14. Such Cow Yatza!
(08.30.07)
Why is it these guys are always saying what Israel wants to do?
15. We can do whatever we want with the place. It's ours.
Gidi ,   Jerusalem, Israel   (08.30.07)
16. Not a bad idea at all but.....
Ben ,   Gush Etzion   (08.30.07)
Everything in it's proper time, Yes we do plan to build the Temple on the Temple Mount in fact right where Al Ikhtza stands holding the place for us.But we do not have the time table only G-d does and when the Jewish nation deserves this to happen it will in the mean time foxes and weasels walk on our Holiest site.(not my terminology , it comes from Lamentations)
17. Wait, so it's ok for moslems to do this?
Micha   (08.30.07)
but not for other cultures to either do it outright or to take back what's theirs? That's the funny thing. It always seems to be a one-way street with the Islamic peoples. They can do to you whatever they want, but god forbid you ever try to do to them the same. They're liable to chop your head off. Sicko.
18. Stop the Destruction of the Temple Mount!
David ,   NY, NY   (08.30.07)

19. Salah-go to Saudi and rejoice there...
Paul ,   Concord   (08.30.07)
I have walked the tunnel under the Western Wall. I have seen with my on eyes the "cornerstone" of Solomon's Temple. It is 40'long X 12'high x 13'deep. It is bigger than any stone, in any pyramid, anywhere in the world. Though the great quake ripped the veil in two, and leveled much of the Temple, the cornerstone was neither moved nor broken. For Salah to scream about Islam's claim to the Mount, in exclusive terms for Islam, is tenuous at best. mohammed never stepped on the Mount except in a dream. while that may be a tennet of faith for Islam, it is a tricky and unproveable point for Jew and Christian alike. However, the Cornerstone, history of and by millions attest without repute that the Temple is real. The Queen of Sheba (modern Yemen) herself declared the matchless glory! The scary part to me is that mosques worldwide want this same exclusive consideration, which is blatant form of willful demeaning of religious real history of all others. This presumption of preeminence is precisely the factor that is driving the global Shari'a agenda. Moan all he wants...Mecca and Medina are all you get for the exclusivity column... The Mount belongs to the Lord G-d of Israel, and H-s peoples.
20. comments tell us more about them then us
david ,   new york usa   (08.30.07)
people in general (and fanatical moslims in specific) project their own ambitions and motivations on their enemies. bin laden says that bush wants to wage a crusade/holy war. what does that tell us of bin laden? this man claims israel wants to destroy the al aksa mosque. what does that tell us of their intentions for the temple mount?
21. Nobody's bulldozers are on the way anywhere you fool....
Andy ,   ramat hasharon   (08.30.07)
Talk of bulldozing the mosque is pure shtuyot. Allowing Jewish access to the Temple Mount is not. Brauner and whackos who think like him will be far from any negotiating table on behalf of the State or the People of Israel. Marginal and extreme. Only Jews have rights - exclusive rights is about as anti-Jewish and un-Godly as anybody could be. The exclusive rights crowd on either side will not prevail. Stay in Ra'anana and shut up.
22. Build it !
Nick ,   Hollywood Fl. U.S.A.   (08.30.07)
Rebuild the temple!
23. Israel allows muslim to retain fruits of their theft
Bernard Ross ,   st. anns bay,jamaica   (08.30.07)
The state of Israel allows the thieves of the muslim conquests to retain the fruits of their theft. What they seized by the sword is apparently not retaken by the sword. Every day this arrogant wakf insults the jewish people. Throw the bum out!!
24. wrong information- western wall
dov friedman ,   efrat , israel   (08.30.07)
the current western wall was not part of the actual temple. you said "The Al-Aqsa Mosque, the third holiest Muslim shrine, nests just above the last remaining wall of the Temple, the Western Wall." The modern western wall was the western wall of the outer walls around the temple mount. not part of the temple itself. thank you.
25. Western Wall
Martin ,   Grand Rapids, MI   (08.30.07)
In response to #24 This just confirms the words of Jesus. He said "not one stone will be left on top of another". He was speaking of the future destruction of the temple in 70 A.D. The Western Wall was built AFTER the destruction of the temple. martin, G.R. MI.
26. #24
Paul ,   Concord   (08.30.07)
I didn't say currently visible wall. I am sure that the underground archeology I saw was part of the Temple as It stood pre-70 AD. The facts of dimension and all are absolutely correct! If you are correct, and it is "the outer wall" as you suggest, my point remains the same!!!! Thank you.
27. This man is killing me...!
enzo ,   london,uk   (08.30.07)
Every time a see his face I light a cigarette! I can't go on like this...!
28. Then what ?
Marc ,   Nice, France   (08.30.07)
I agree 100% with Sagi # 8 : Even if it's true, (and I strongly hope it is), where is the problem ? -No doubt our muslim cousins build Al-Aksa exactly where it is, not for the sake of religion, but for obvious political reason, that is : "From now on, the Jews left, so this land belongs to us Muslims". -Then now, the Jewish Nation should deliver to the world (esp. to the muslim world) the proper message : "We are back home, and Temple Mount was, and still is, our most sacred holy place. Then, would you kindly take your golden building away, and plant it anywhere else in a place you own. Sorry". Where is the surprise and/or scandal ? It's about time to acknowledge the course of History.
29. Imaginary Temple and Mohamed dream.
Franklin ,   Paris   (08.30.07)
..." whereas in the Jewish part it plans to build its IMAGINARY temple." What more imaginary than ,to cross the arabian desert and invade Jerusalem for building the "Far Mosque" after the simple dream of Mohamed...and without any other consideration...? And why a "Far Mosque" could be erected on the Temple of Salomon and the City of David....? The Mosque of Omar ?? A recognition or abolition of the Jewish rule on Jerusalem...?
