Second, it is impossible with today's technology to identify 100% the age of a target. Today's 15 y/o have an almost mature body and when they crawl on the ground it is even more difficult to identify. Israel cannot take any risk at considering the age of those who manipulate weapons. Newsflash for you: whomever holds a weapon or manipulates it is a legitimate target - regardless of age, sex or color. So IDF has every right and OBLIGATION to shoot at these targets.
