1. proves yet again that israel is better than palestinians
mike ,   israel (formerly usa   (09.07.07)
and yet again israel treats palestinians better than palestinians because palestinian christians can't dream of getting justice like this from their own palestinian judges. israel's democracy, though not perfect, shows it's strength and fairness where the sworn enemy get a major ruling in its favor. nowhere else in the middle east is this possible. if only other countries could be more like israel.
2. The VIOLENT are Victorious Again
Linda Rivera ,   New York   (09.07.07)
JEWS MUST HAVE HUMAN RIGHTS www.israelnationalnews.com Violence Pays? Bil'in Victorious in High Court by Gil Ronen The site of the fence at Bil'in has been the venue for weekly violent riots by Arabs and sympathizers from the Israeli and international Left. Policemen and soldiers have been injured at least a dozen times since the incidents began, in April 2005, including one occasion in which a soldier lost sight in one of his eyes... In a talkback item to a report on the decision, a person identifying himself as a resident of the area said that the fence's new route will pass very close to the Jewish homes, enabling any terrorist who jumps over it to reach a Jewish family within 30 seconds and attack it. http://www.israelnationalnews.com/News/News.aspx/123591
3. HIGH COURT... SHMIGH COURT... WHO CARES...
stude ham   (09.07.07)
When it comes to Israel's security even the highest courts of its land must be ignored if necessary. Israel must maintain its defensive guard... high court shmigh court... As fior the foreigners 'celebrating' this nonsensical ruling... let them all be arrested and taste Israel's jails.
4. FINALLYFINALLYFINALLY
Rachel ,   New York, NY   (09.07.07)
After so many protests, tear gas, stun grenades and rubber bullets, Arab-Jewish solidarity and love won! It's not the end of the struggle, but now the world knoqa that not everyone obeys mlitary orders. What a wonderful day!
5. Time to remove some Justices
Gee ,   Zikron Yaakov   (09.07.07)
Seems these people think that they are the commander in chief of the IDF. There is only one and they were not elected. Their ruling is illegal and dangerous. If a single Israeli is EVER injuried because of their stupidity I would support arresting them for aiding and abetting genocide.

Again this viet vet religious freak is spewing his venom.
7. 6 - at least my "venom" doesn't result in murder
mike ,   israel (formerly usa   (09.08.07)
like palestinian islamic venom does. which again proves how much better israel and democracy are. thanks for helping prove my point for me yet again. this is too easy.
8. To those worried: THE SETTLEMENT WASNT EVEN BUILT YET
Yaeli ,   Florida   (09.08.07)
All of you guys so worried, the court ruled that the fence cannot encircle THE EXPANSION OF A SETTLEMENT THAT HASN'T EVEN BEEN BUILT YET. Anyone who would have chosen to live there would have chosen to live next to the fence, on stolen land.
9. # 1 mike

If only other countries could perform occupation and annexation too...

look across the middle east and you'll see they sure do... and thank you for helping to prove my point.
11. Justices are obviously blind to terror arabs continue to use
Adam ,   USA   (09.08.07)
against Israel and the fact that the fence is helping prevent a ton of these sick mother's from getting anywhere inside Israel! Justices should be aplauding IDF's plan for fence not making changes to something based on impartiality especially when arabs hate us and want to blow us up even the ones residing in Israel!
12. Israel slowly commits suicide and Jews are silent...
