31. The IDF Special Forces, Most Likely Sayeret Matkal
Adina Kutnicki ,   US   (09.08.07)
Wonderful news! The wayward progeny of Olmert & his gang of lawmakers would NEVER be able to display such courage. While they are off to parts unknown EVADING the draft, the sons of Zion are daring to save our homeland. This 'catch' should not only be used to extricate intel-by ANY means necessary-but after he is used up.......
32. #26 Thanks: - ) I just mean...
Helene ,   Israel   (09.08.07)
Didn't any relatives or neighbours see what happened? It was in broad daylight in the middle of an open field... Gaza is a densely populated area... I'm sure they could silence him and hide him somehow... but how did they manage to ESCAPE afterwards on that slow donkey-cart? No one could be happier than I if this news is correct! - ) Just trying to imagine how it was actually done!!!
33. and did They fight him from amony civilian?

42. AMAZING!!!! That took a lot of guts, you guys are heroes!
Canadian Otter   (09.08.07)
We understand the risks these Israeli soldiers were taking, had they been caught. It takes a lot of courage to carry on an operation such as this one. This is the kind of stuff that thriller-writers can only dream of but you guys did it! (By the way, I'm a fan of Daniel Silva, the thriller writer, and I recommend it to everyone. His hero on most of his books is Gabriel Allon, an Israeli undercover agent.) We'd like to read more about it, YNET, please? We'd appreciate a translation of an expanded report on this story. Once again, Kol ha kavod to the heroes and thank you for a job so well done! With your courage and intelligence, you are the best!!!
43. #36 Who cares? We got this sucker & now he will get Israeli

44. Go IDF!!!
Tim ,   United States   (09.09.07)
Keep taking it to these scourges on humanity. You, the descendants of Judah have always been great warriors. Christians, like myself, love you and pray for your success. Now, please retake the Temple Mount from the incompetent Waqf. I pray I live to see the day when the Al Aqsa mosque is bulldozed off into the Kidron valley.
45. IDF Kidnaps senior Hamas official
silvio sperber ,   fort lauderdale, USA   (09.09.07)
Mr. Waked choice of words on this article is clearly a slant on the news story; He seems to ACCUSE the IDF of a CRIMINAL act, because KIDNAPING is done by criminals. SOLDIERS CAPTURE or SEIZE an enemy; POLICE ARRESTS a CRIMINAL. ONLY CRIMINALS KIDNAP. It seems that Mr. Waked has Political agenda, hidden under his pen, clearly anti IDF or Israeli. Yes, I know he will say that is the word used by the Hamas spokesman, yet, he is the one conveying the story
46. #41 Olmert's show; a subsidiary plan if striking Syria fails
(09.09.07)
to make the heads inflamed and turned away from the fiasco. I know he isn't that intelligent, but also you aren't that brilliant .
47. loosing credibility
(09.09.07)
The IDf soldiers were in uniform of the Executive forces and they used a Subaru care. There was no donkey, no chatting, no ..., no.... The Subaru car carrying the detainee exited the Gaza Strip accompanied by helicopters, and at that point Hamas realized the treacherous act of masquerading as Fatah militia.
