Considering the Apartheid conditions that the Israelis have imposed upon the victims of the Israeli occupation of Palestine, it is good to see that the oppressed Palestinians can at least listen to broadcasts from the al-Aqsa Mosque and listen to those freely expressing their views. As a democracy, Israel should welcome and encourage such broadcasts as they are vital to democracy and the cornerstone to a free society.

I'm going to ignore your "Israeli apartheid evilness" introduction because I've heard it too often and countering it again will do no good. But there are two things you don't realize: 1. This isn't the first instance of a radio station or something of the like in PA territory broadcasting without Israeli intervention. The Hamas TV tower provides day-to-day propaganda and smear campaigns (where do you think Farfour came from?) against Jews, and it was not shut down by Israel. 2. This station is not deploring Israeli policy or trying to display the hardships of end the occupation. This is INCITEMENT BY RADICAL LEADERS, that directly threaten to destroy Israel, that want the entire nation eradicated and its people murdered. Would Frostbite Falls accept a foreign force coming in to create a radio station which advocates on daily broadcasts the eradication of the city and all the people living there? Incitement causes problems, hatred, tension, and won't convince Israel to "stop apartheid," but only strengthen that alleged policy, as Israel will retaliate against another generation of Palestinian youth suicide bombers and rocketeers who grow up on this Islamic Jihad garbage. And on top of that, to make those claims right next to our religion's HOLIEST SITE, is just disgusting in every conceivable way. Freedom of speech is not some rarity that is destroyed by calculated Israeli censorship. The Palestinians have near-infinite tools for anti-Israel propaganda, through video games, television, books, radios etc. I've been to the Middle East multiple times (both Israel and PA territory). You, living in your wonderful little US suburb, can only think in terms of freedom of speech and government censorship or whatever Orwellian terms cross your mind. This is a completely different issue. Just like shouting "Fire!" in a crowded theatre is illegal, so should be stations advocating genocide, founded by groups waging a war of genocide. What you're saying is equivalent to promoting that the radio stations in Rwanda by Hutus calling for all Tsutsis to be murdered and slaughtered, which riled up Interhamwe gangs which would then start shooting at civilians, should be given full rights to continue broadcasts so as not to inflict on their freedom of speech.
