I hope the woman wins her lawsuit. The Rabbinical courts must change how they deal with recalcitrant spouses. Men and women refuse the divorce as a form of blackmail. Years drag on and the other spouse is prevented from remarrying, starting a new life and having children in a new marriage. A woman's childbearing years may be over by the time the divorce is granted. This creates great suffering and less Jewish children.
