I'm not learned on the exact procedure necessary for such a Cherem to be implemented and would love to hear from a talkbacker who is educated on how this process occurs. But, seeing that there was a petition organized and endorsed by what seems to be just about every Jewish community, I thought it wise to post this petition in case the formal Cherem had not yet been implemented.
