israel will never give up east jerusalem to the palestinians. will never allow palis to move into israel except for monetary compensation (and that is after the arab countries cokmpensate the million jews whom they tortured and forc ed out of each arab counties and made into refugees before and immediately after the birth of israel in 1948....this is only just). israel will never accept going to indefensible borders. the connection between gaza and west bank will be a tunnel built under the ground to facilitate trafic movement between the two areas. once thap alis get their own state, israel closes the border. no trade, no water and electricity infrastructure from israel and no relations diplomatic or otherwise....except for a cold one as we have with egypt. then, the palis will have to start working on bulding gyheir country with the help of all the rich arab oil states instead of these states keeping the palis desperate so as to use them to destroy israel. no trade or economic connection whatsoever between israel and the pali state. all the help should come from arabs. in such a state, no military army, navy should ever be encouraged as these people have better things to sopend their money on like their economy and infrastructure. they will not be allowed to arm themselves nor smuggle armaments from syria or iran and this sohuld be watched and monitored. they do not need these things since israel will never invade or threaten this future state. so, defense isn't needed here. however, east jerusalem will never be returned. the palis will have jurisdiction on the arab neighborhoods in east jerusalem, but jews will not be removed from there as they are in the majority living there. the arabs there are in the minority. as to gaza, we left it a long time ago. it's theirs to do whatever they want with it. if the newly formed palestinian state in both parts of west bank and gaza ever attacks israel or sends suicide bombers and terrorists into jewish land, we reserve the right to attack in self defense since they are a nation now, not a terrorist civilian population and they will have to abide by clear and drawn up borders. once they cross, we hold them responsible and will act accordingly.

They do want, however, to weaken Israel by gaining territory without 'giving' anything tangible. They also pretend not to get it that in this case "land for peace" is both immoral and unworkable. The Arabs had used the 'territories' to threaten, pester and attack Israel before we took these territories in self defence. They continue to plan, prepare and perpetrate genocide against Israel and pretend not to see that it would be suicidal for Israel to concede anything in response to their threats and aggressive action. The Arabs must realize that the only way toward peace is that rather they themselves should offer, accept and be convincingly satisfied with 'painful' territorial compromises.

Mazen's idea of bridging the gap is for Israel to give and for the Palestinians to get. The main problem is Gaza, which needs to be sealed off and made a present of to Egypt.
