1. this picture made me throw up
Isragirl   (09.30.07)
After he's done kissing his daughter, he'll take a gun and night vision goggles from Iran and will lie down by the road to shoot at an Israeli car caring 4 Jewish children. But who cares, it's his human rights that are most important... His human right to be inhumane.
2. the picture looks sweet at first
ora ,   jerusalem   (09.30.07)
Unfortunately that's not his daughter he's kissing, it's his wife :/.
3. Some shocking statistics
Canadian Otter   (09.30.07)
The following article is from March but it has some details about who was released in the past and went on to commit more crimes against the Jews. Among the attacks perpetrated by freed terrorists were: * the lynching of two soldiers in Ramallah (Oct. 2000) * shooting in Atzmona yeshiva, 5 youths dead (March 2002) Park Hotel suicide bomber during Passover Seder, 30 dead (March 2002) * bus blasts at Megiddo, Karkur, Jerusalem, 55 dead (June 2002 - June 2003) * double suicide attacks in Be'er Sheva, 16 dead (August 2004) http://www.israelnationalnews.com/News/News.aspx/121845 According to today's updated report (on INN), the number of murders committed against Jews by released terrorists has reached 100.
4. Where is Goodwill Gesture for Israel?!
Christy ,   Boston, US   (09.30.07)
What goodwill gesture is President Mahmoud Abbas giving to Israel? Releasing prisoners just seems to send the wrong message to President Mahmoud Abbas. Message = Israel is weak and will bend over and take it.
5. Correction to my TB #3
Canadian Otter   (09.30.07)
I apologize. The number of attacks has reached 100. The number of victims is of course much higher.
6. This is a tragedy!
David ,   Chicago   (10.01.07)
How can the government allow terrorists who kill Jews to walk away free with the option to kill us again. No other nation would do this! They will keep killing us because we are always appeasing and giving in to terroists!
7. Corrupted judicial system? Leftist government?
freedom ,   canada   (10.01.07)
What a country to live in. Im not sure if I have any Jewish lineage but if I do. I surely would do my best to change the judiciary and remove the very destructive left wing elements in the government. HEY... Not a new idea, how about releasing ALL jewish prisoners who have been imprisoned due to some kind of clash with the Palestinian conflict. And JUSTICE FOR ALL. GOD bless Israel.
8. Peres.Olmert ans /mazuz soon will have blood on their hands
freejay ,   Israel   (10.01.07)
This is Clearly a suicidal act and i hope that these 3 TRAITORS will pay for their selfish devious acts!. Its obvious Olmert has corrupted the high courts too. Disgusting! ELECTIONS NOW!
9. Court is about politics not justice
Ilan ,   Ariel   (10.01.07)
No goodwill justices towards Israelis who have been convicted, because the guiding principle is to bribe the Arabs not deal in what is right and wrong. Our court will interfere in any decision that might promote ideals of our society if it doesn''t mesh with their politics. This is their politics. Anti-Israeli and full of contempt towards our lives.
10. Why was no one surprised
Shlomo Cohen ,   Tel Aviv   (10.01.07)
by the court's decision? It was clear ahead of time what the court will decide.
11. Who did they pardon?
Joseph ,   Haifa, Israel   (10.01.07)
“Abu Mahmoud” was released by Peres, Olmerd, Mazuz and the courts. His job was to manage Saddam Hussein’s bankroll for Arafat’s suicide “al Aqsa” campaign against Israel. He paid the suicide bombers’ families and terrorists wounded in IDF operations. During his two years as Saddam Hussein’s Palestinian war treasurer, he handled a total of $15 m transferred from Baghdad to Ramallah. Although Olmert promised that none of the pardoned Palestinians had blood on his hands, Mahmoud was responsible for hundreds of Israel deaths as the suicide bombers were driven by the knowledge that their families would be financially rewarded. Peres and Olmert also released two high commanders of Fatah’s , Al Aqsa Martyrs Brigade, Jamal Hawil and Abu Ali Yata, who were jailed for orchestrating dozens of shooting and bombing attacks and causing scores of Israeli casualties. This pair is expected by Israel to go straight back to their former activities.
12. more bomb blasts
adi ,   ramle   (10.01.07)

13. Not enough
Jerusalemite ,   Jerusalem   (10.01.07)
are u kidding me, only 87! this is nothing compared to the total number of the kidnapped prisoners!
14. #1 Too bad it didn't give you a heart attack
Imad   (10.01.07)
The prisoners that Israel so "graciously" accepted to release are ones that were defined (by Israel) as not having blood on their hands. In fact, the only crime that most of these people committed was that they worked in Israel without permits. How hypocritical it is to imprison people like that when murdering IDF soldiers are still not brought to justice in front of an international court?
15. #14 Ha, ha,ha, How hypocritacal u muslims r to kill each
other bcause 1 is ,   hamas or fatah!!!!   (10.01.07)
16. # 14 from # 1
Isragirl   (10.01.07)
Read post #11. We hung Eichmann. These people are no different. But, luckily, there's enough infighting inside the "Palestinian Peace Corps", they will eventually take care of each other. None of them lives long enough to have a heart attack that you wish upon me That little girl in the picture would have a much better chance for good life if her father and all the others changed their mind into peaceful direction. But then Hamas will catch them and hang them on a tree as traitors. Tell me again, who are the hypocrites here?
17. Now u undestand why Rabin was killed? Same awaits Olmert
