It says that more than 10% of those not drafted are religious. Does this mean that of those who are not drafted 90% are secular??? Or is it saying of the 25%, 10% are religious which actually means that 60% of draft dodgers are secular?

I served in the IDF as a combat medic and did active reserve duty in a combat unit until I was 45. I will never put on an IDF uniform again. I built a house that is perfectly legal, with all the paperwork to prove it. Now, Barak threatens to destroy my entire community and knock down my house. The legal system has retroactively changed the requirements for building permits, making my house seem illegally built one year after it's perfectly legal completion. He is going to send brainwashed teens in IDF uniforms and an IDF D9 to destroy my life. Why should I serve, why should my sons? Someone who has a medical issue - is not a draft dodger. He is ill. Someone who lives abroad - is not a draft dodger. He doesn't live here.
