in last years' war you couldn't stop israel from invading lebanon, you couldn't push israel back one inch, you lost a huge fraction of your fighting force against the IDF, you couldn't stop the air force at all, your leader is still scrambling from hole to hole in fear of his life, most of lebanon hates you worse than they hate israel, all you could do was shoot crude rockets with no precision (which killed a lot of your fellow muslims), your country was crying (literally crying) for the war to stop, the UN even issued a resolution against you AGAIN in order for israel to agree to stop slaughtering your fighters and pounding your cities to dust. i pray that israel will "lose" like that many more times against you brave baloonheads.

We saw the ship being hit on the news at exactly the same moment Nasrallah was making a speech. During his speech, he said" "you will see at this very moment the Israeli Hanit naval ship being hit by a missile and go down." And that was what happened. Of course, back in the time of war, Israeli media used to deny all of these reports (no matter that they were seen by the naked eye). The media denied any reports of casualties or defeat as well.

My primary memory of the episode is of frightened Shiite men & their families running their Islamic fannies just as fast as they could towards Beirut. So those who believe Israel was victorious please explain how Israel can say they won when Goldwasser and the other one are currently guests of Hezbollah in Iran alongside Ron Arad? Israel lost, did you see the much vaunted IDF streaming across the border with tears running down their faces towing their tanks behind them. Bombing innocent civilians into dust does not make a victory. I see Hezbollah are planting flags along the border again, they have more rockets than ever, possibly including ground to air missiles.
