If the man doesnt recognise Israels soverignty over the site then he should be at Knesset meetings make himself heard and try and influence decision making. He stays at home then decisions get made unilateraly and nobody hears what the waqf have to say about things. The Waqf loudly complains about Israeli repairs to Mughrabi gate, demands to know why Israel has engaged in such necessary construction, claims that Israel intends to destroy the Al-Aqsa Mosque, and then persists in these claims even after UNESCO found to the contrary. And now they feel insulted that Israel should require that they account for excavations which may have destroyed Jewish relics? What hypocrites!! In 1967, Israel could have asserted its sovereignty over the holiest site of Judaism. Instead, Israel showed the utmost tolerance and patience, and allowed the Waqf a great deal of control over the Temple Mount. The least the Waqf could do is show some gratitude.

The archeologists could find the Ark itself but the muslims would still claim the place isnt holy to jews and there were never any temples there. They would probably say its.. a prop from the Indiana Jones movie because they want to try con all the good muslims in the world this place was the site of 2 jewish temples. The Israeli government for years has been to afraid to take on the waqf which is why they allow all this illigal digging and destruction of archeology. In theory has soverignty over the site but in reality they will turn a blind eye to just about anything the waqf does because they dont want to get iinto political conflict with them so the politicians say one thing then they do something else. A neutral international organistion needs to be created to have responsibitlity of the site. The muslims destroy it and try to keep jews away but at the same time the Israeli politicians are so scared of the waqf they will turn a blind eye to all of this so they are indirectlly just as responsible for destrucion of the site and when Israels leaders take this kind of attitutde then Israel does not deserve soverignty. An international organistion would also take one of the main issues off the table with the palestians because neither side would control it. Let the arabs have soverignty inside the mosque but the outside belongs to the international trust who would make sure there is no destruction and encourages archeology. With other holy places where ownership is contreversial this trust can take responsibility but places which only 1 faith sees as holy then full soverignty should be granted to the followers of that faith. This would mean contrveraial sites belong to a trust which will look after them but ones which are holy to just one faith belong to the followers of that faith. This is the one idea that none of the politicians have proposed and is also the most logical if you want to avoid conflicts over who owns is. There can be no muslims or jews on the council responsible for this truat and anybody that sits on the board of this trust their history and business dealings must be closly monitored to make sutre they dont make decisions which they intend to benefit one side or the other for personal reasons like business. There is no ideal solution but saving the site from destruction either from thre waqf that openly destroys anything conected to judaism or from Israeli politicians who turn a blind eye and allow the waqf to do their thing.

Waqf's Adnan al-Husseini "does not recognize the Knesset .. ". Than WHAT is he doing in Jerusalem ?? IF one doesn't accept the authority of the Knesset -- such a person is considered to be a CRIMINAL !! And this rascal of the Waqf, Adnan al-Husseini, is saying that there never was a Temple on the Temple Mount. This means he has NOT read the Koran -- and STILL he calls himself a Muslim. He should be ASHAMED of himself. I get the impression that he is trying to STEAL the Temple Mount from the Jewish People. BTW Prophet Mohammed started to preach Islam in 610 AD -- that is 1,650 years AFTER the birth of King David of Israel. BTW the name given by God to Solomon in the Bible is Jedidiah, which means 'friend of God' or, more precisely 'beloved of Yah' (Yah is a variant form of 'Yahweh').

SANE persons -- they love God. FOR EXAMPLE : a criminal fears the state law enforcers. WHY ? Because he has broken state laws -- and he fears that the Police will come after him. BUT the OBEDIENT citizen has NO fear. WHY not ? Because he has broken No state laws -- so, there is NO fear that the Police will come after him, to give him punishment.
