Glad that someone who was defrauding The Survivors has been convicted. I do hope he's made to repay all the money he fraudulently kept for himself. Mr. Perry was a crook! He took advantage of the holocaust surviours by lending them money to participate in Germanys pension program via payment of what was needed to enroll them in the pension program and granted them a small advance on the pension they would have rec'd. However, Mr. Perry then collected the pension funds and never used them to pay off the interest or the prinicple of the loan. In order to do this they would have to pay him a one time payment of about 16,000 DM . Few had this type of money available and thus Mr. Perry continued to collect the montly pension of about $1000 DM every month for the life of the surviours. He then used complex insurance arrangements in offshore domiciles to move money and purchase property such as mansions in Monte Carlo, entire office blocks in London and other real estate investment. I am not Jewish, I am a Chrisitian but I do not have a bit of respect for this person and he should hold his head low as he has betrayed his own brothers for gold. The original transaction mentioned above using allowing the pensioner pension distrubtions to pay off the loan would have made Mr. Perry a rich man but to go beyond that and steal from the surviours and his own brothers may he hold his head low in a tel a viv Jail
