When will we wake up to the fact that we are at war with the terrorists who control Gaza. These terrorists were voted in by the people of Gaza. We should cut off all electricity, gas and any other contacts. We are at war with them. We want unconditional surrender, as the Allies did with the Nazis,. Then let's help them rebuild a democratic society and have their state.

They irigate their crops with polluted water and lace them with pesticides many times more than the accepted standards. If they stop selling their poisoned fruit and vegetables they would be doing us a FAVOR! Thank you "Lev" from "Moscow" - or is it "Muhammad" from "Hamastan"?

IF limiting power supply is a war-crime, how should completely cutting-off power supply be called ? I guess the Arabs would call it genocide. Gazans, here is a solution. Use candle light. WHY bother having electricity. Keep life SIMPLE and cheap -- and you will be much more happy than you are now. (btw guys, no electricity at night will mean a bigger population explosion in Gaza Strip ! And Hamas, being scared, calls this population-explosion a WAR-CRIME. Late Yasser Arafat would be happy with this kind of war-crime ; I guess he would prefer the genocide.) (This is just some food for thought.)

Since Gaza is no longer an occupied territory Israel has no obligations as an occupying force. There is nothing in international law that requires states to have formal contact or trade. Israel should inform Gaza, Egypt and the UN that as of, say March 2009, Israel will complete it's disengagement from Gaza and longer supply it with power or fuel. This gives the international community time to do whatever it likes to help the "poor" Gazans. Israel should permanently seal it's borders with Gaza and only patrol offshore as far south as Gaza's northern border. Then let them do whatever they want. If they continue to attack Israel then they will have declared war and Israel can defend itself however it feels is appropriate.
