Bashar Assad, like his father, is a shrewd operator. He is a consummate pragmatist. Fatah President, arch-terrorist Mahmoud Abbas has assured the Syrian dictator that Bush is on the side of the Muslims. "Bush hates the Jews." Assad has been given assurances that Bush will deliver the Jews into the hands of Israel's enemies. "Bush is with us," according to secret communications with Mahmoud Abbas. Assad knows if he sticks with Abbas, Israel can possibly be annihilated. Abbas assured Assad, "This is our best chance! We'll have the Jews at our mercy. Bush and Rice have given their word."

Perhaps they will fall in love and get married? Rice does need a husband, and Assad is a moderate who supports Rice's goal of dividing up Jerusalem and making Israel indefensible.

I cannot believe the hate on the face of Abbas in the pictures displayed by Y-Net. Even if they use very selective editing to come up with these pictures, only one is enough. I have never seen such evil displayed on a human face. Even worse than Hitler. To think that Olmert would buddy up with the likes of Abbas and his ilk is just astonishing to me. All Jews should be in fervent prayer for deliverence from the evil surronding Eretz Israel and also the evil governing it.
