Gee, so some Palestinians residing in Jerusalem want the option of continuing to live and work there rather than be forced to take up citizenship in and impoverished semi-state that amounts to little more than an Indian reservation? Seems to me I heard a rumor that some Jews in the US -- 5 million to be exact -- don't want to live in Israel either (and many who do retain their US citizenship). And 800,000 or so Israelis have taken up semi-permanent residence in the US. Does this mean that live in the Jewish state is not all it's cracked up to be?

Because Israelis regularly accuse the US of being an anti-semtic state where Jews are second class citizens. They also regularly accuse the US of massacring Jews and expelling them in 1776.
