1. ANOTHER PA JOKE BECAUSE HAMAS HAS OTHER IDEAS...
stude ham   (11.09.07)
Like lobbing lethal lollipops into various parts of Israel... etc... The PA is not a real negotiating party. It is a sick corrupt government of secret swiss bank accounts and nothing much else. Watch the PA's collapse over the next very short while. Too bad Israel is now governed by one of its most corrupt and idiotic regimes.
2. We heard the same promises from Arafat...
Nannette ,   London   (11.09.07)
What delusional fools would believe the Palestinians this time around? Only Kadima and the rest of the corrupt Israeli government would. Instead, they'll bring death and destruction on Israel.
3. peace in our time- NOT!!!!!!!!
Eynav Benjamin ,   ny   (11.09.07)
Didn’t we here chamberlain say the same thing about Hitler. Peace in our time ,what a bunch of fools liberals are.
4. Implementing the agreement of cessation of terrorist acts
chaim ,   miami beach usa   (11.09.07)
Does this undertaking include the Arabs living in the cesspool of Gaza, or are they exempt from the promises made by other Arabs, and what will happen to any agreement when the terrorists from Gaza are killed by the IDF in response to acts of shooting rockets, mortars’ and other destructive acts from UN enclaves UN sponsored and supported schools, or from civilian homes. Historically every agreement was rendered null and void between the Arabs and Jews when such self defensive measures were instituted by the IDF.
5. The US made Israel apologize to the PA for defending itself
Canadian Otter   (11.09.07)
"The Palestinian Authority has claimed that Israel sent a letter of apology for a counter-terrorist operation in Shechem after the PA deployed its forces in the city in an attempt to prove it can control terror. The IDF arrested 20 wanted terrorists during the operation. "The United States has criticized Israel for the action, and PA Foreign Minister Riad Maliki maintained that Israel said it would not happen again. "American envoy Lt. Gen. Keith Dayton supervised the training of the PA officers in Shechem, which is considered a test case for both him and the PA." http://www.israelnationalnews.com/News/Flash.aspx/136134 In other words Israel was told not to interfere with the Pallywood performance by the PA "to prove it can control terror". This is becoming more and more obvious by the day: it does not matter what the PA is, does or say. Bush will give them their state anyway. And Israel is told not to interfere, not to contradict the Master, just to be a good boy and do as Bush says. There are no words to express the disgust the Bush administration's treatment of Israel provokes in us. It has crossed all the lines of decency and diplomacy. Bush has easily taken over the corrupt Israeli government, insulting and abusing the people most deserving of their respect: the ancient Jewish civilization. The Bush administration is losing influence everywhere in the world but, like a cowardly bully, it's turning with viciousness against little Israel, taking advantage of its weaknesses to dominate it and in the process, to destroy it.

9. Gesenius'Hebrew Lexicon has an interesting concept of truth.
Rivkah   (11.09.07)
Truth is owed to a person one has a fideltity to which means a person one is obligated to tell the truth to. If a parent asks a child a question, the child owes the truth to the parent(s) because of the fidelity relationship. Same is true for husands and wives and employers from employees. OUTSIDE of fidelity relationships, truth is not an obligation. When the wolf asks Little Red Riding Hood on her way to Grandma's house where she is going, the girl does not have to tell the wolf the truth. The Jews do not have a fidelity relationship with militant Moslems who want the destruction of Israel and all Jews and Christians who do not convert to Islam. The Moslems do not have a fidelity relationship with Jews they despise. SO NO TRUTH CAN BE EXPECTED FROM THE PEACE CONFERENCE that is BINDING for either side since neither side has a fideltiy relationship to the other. Understanding that is essential since the Bible says that BY PEACE MANY SHALL BE DESTROYED int he latter days before the Messiah comes. The Bible also describes the time as "Peace, peace when there is no peace." And "When there is peace and prosperity (security), then sudden destruction shall come." The Hebrew word translated security also means prosperity. The Peace Process would only be meaningful if the Bible's way of handling this is observed. When there is peace in Jerusalem, there will be peace in the world. Jerusalem must become a ghost town, a place too holy for people or animals to be allowed into. All must leave and never go back. Walls and concertina wire and guards should maintain the sacred apartness of that holy place of God's heart. Do not divide Jerusalem: evacuate it.

11. Palestinians Agree
Mel Fishman ,   Bowie, MD USA   (11.09.07)
#1 You have it right. Are you kidding. How can you believe those lieing thieves - because that's what they are. They don't know the meaning of truth. They have no dignity. The Koran tells them it is o.k. to lie and say anything to achieve what they want. The have a long history as being the pirates of the world and things have not changed one iota. Talk, talk and more talk and they do nothing but lie. They understand power and might. If Condi Rice would understand this. All she has to do is read the history of all the Palestinian negotiations.

and enyone claiming to be special because they live in Israel. but for without the overwhelming financial and political support from the same Jews living outside of Israel, Israel would have been stillborn. You may claim a superior right because you live in Israel but you are nothing but a slave to the uncaring internal and external governments that have their own agenda and that is not for the benefit for the Jews living in Israel. Every concession Israel ever agreed to with time the horrors it produced became very apparent The UN never was and never will be a fair and true arbitrator between the Jews and the Arabs it was succinctly expressed by non other then, Boutros-Ghali: a former Secretary of the UN, who after 30 years showed his true hatred against the Jews, by exclaiming no wonder everyone hates you Boutros Boutros Ghali blames Israel for lack of peace in Middle East, paints a stark picture for future of Arab-Israeli relations; 'After 30 years, I don't even see one centimeter of progress' and who is to blame for all this rhetoric not the Arabs who issued at the Khartoum summit: the three Arab no's against Israel 31. Resolution adopted at the Arab Summit Conference in Khartoum, 1 September 1967 …the main principles by which the Arab States abide, namely, no peace with Israel, no recognition of Israel, no negotiations with it, The conference has also decided to expedite the elimination of foreign bases in the Arab States, that declaration is the driving force in the current conflict in Iraq The same Jew hater was the architect of the Sinai give away, the real cost of such blunder has yet to be paid in Jewish blood Yes your living in Israel only gives you the chance of endless wars, the fault of such is your lack of leadership, pride, and being delusional about the true long run intentions by the Arabs that spew hate to their citizens and make conciliatory gestures to the rest of the world, including the delusional self effacing Israeli Government Officials.

15. They now say that they won't disarm...
Nannette ,   London   (11.10.07)
Palestinian Authority Information Minister Riad Malki denied late Friday reports circulated by an Israeli sources that Palestinian negotiators had agreed in a meeting with Israeli representatives ahead of the planned Annapolis peace parley to disarm and disband all terror groups operating in the PA. According to Israel Radio, Malki spoke in an interview to the American Arabic-language Radio Sawa. "I did not sense that there was any progress in the talks with the Israeli side," the negotiator said. He then laughed and further retorted, "What's new about the principle stating that the implementation of commitments depends upon [the Palestinians] fighting terror? Indeed, it appears in the road map, and we of course agreed to the road map."
