jason ,   jerusalem   (11.16.07)
how is that the ynet writes up an article on the basis of private email exchange, which is like eavesdropping and then writing up a story based on that. am i missing something or is this third rate journalism?

they are more common than the average english ,who need this racaille
3. the lizards around HRH are not much but this isn't a scandal
dante ,   uk   (11.16.07)
yes, it's true that, where a Jew or Israel is concerned, they are all to willing to display a disgregard that they would never otherwise allow themselves. this is not new. and, while it does have its more vicious and sinister side, that was not exposed here. trust me, if this were the worst of which these lizards were capable, your situation would be much improved.
4. Why Do We Need His Royal Tampon Here Anyway?
Yishai Kohen ,   YeShA, Israel   (11.16.07)
IMHO, we don't need his or anyone else's "validation": "Nobody does Israel any service by proclaiming its 'right to exist.' Israel's right to exist, like that of the United States, Saudi Arabia and 152 other states, is axiomatic and unreserved. Israel's legitimacy is not suspended in midair awaiting acknowledgement.... There is certainly no other state, big or small, young or old, that would consider mere recognition of its 'right to exist' a favor, or a negotiable concession." – Abba Eban New York Times, November 18, 1981

This is where his main income comes from (and BAE's too)...
6. A typical understatement, not hypocricy!
Inyaki ,   Bilbao, basque   (11.16.07)
The Israelies have a very rude and basic political culture as opposed to 'er Majesty civil servants who's typical way is an understatement. There is nothing wrong to say the invitation to visit would be hugely appreciated, and then not to come-a result of good education. I would have answered the same if invited by the Queen, but then would have find an excuse to not to go!
7. Prince Charles.
Joe Briscoe ,   Dublin, Ireland   (11.16.07)
The spokesman for Prince Charles forgot to say that "Some of our best friends are Jews" (!!!) Joe Briscoe, Dublin, Ireland
8. Prince Charles
RJ ,   israel/england   (11.16.07)
Prince Charles is very much his own man and but unfortunately he like the british governement have nothng more than fools and racists steering them into directions they do not really want to go. The Queen under idiotic advisers gave the saudi king a presence in britian but only to appease the growing islamic presence in britian itself. Advisers to goverment and royals are cowards and would never allow Prince Charles to show any support for Israel. Not hi choice but his coawrd advisors decisions.
9. Camilla's necklace at Saudi Kings Dinner explains everything
Alan ,   SA   (11.16.07)
Charles&Heifitz can joke around as much as they like! Charles is very pally with Arabs. He wants to be "Defender of faiths" when he is king . NOT "Defender of the Faith" He does a terrific Sword Dance with the Desert Lads when in Arab Lands . He has an "Arab Garden at his home in Highgrove . AS for his Aides-they make Bin Laden look like a big Zionist-no matter what bull they spout!
10. Prince Charles
John ,   Rechovot Israel   (11.16.07)
These "Grey men of the Establishment" surrounding the Royals are the ones who decidewhat happens ie : Princess Diana's fate! They are & have always been "blatant anti-semites" so why are you so surprised at this latest episode!!

12. British hutzpah
Amos ,   Israel   (11.16.07)
Much of the mess in the Middle east today is due to the British empire's mismanagement; the creation of Pakistan (now a breeding ground for Islamic terror), and the conflict over Palestine/Israel are 2 examples. Let the prince stay as far away as possible.
13. whining
JL ,   israel   (11.16.07)
nobody likes someone is always whining..complaining...bragging...and overly hardup to invite people to a party that no one wants to attend...or be seen at...thats what we have become..hide behind anti semitism..whatever...but truth is...we are not so likeable...look how we are to each other...

This disgrace of England who is unworthy of the throne(maybe he is worthy of the throne in the men's room). He is gonna help Israel's image? as what? a sewer? Let old jug ears stay in bloody old England , him and his Nazi uniform wearing son!

23. British in Hebrew means "COVENANT MAN". After the
Rivkah   (11.16.07)
coronation of a British Monarch, there is a private ceremoney crowning him/her King/Queen of ISRAEL. You would not know that from the neglect of visiting Israel. Perhaps the Israeli people do not recognize that authority. The throne or monarchy of Judah was taken to Northern Ireland when the Prophet Jeremiah took Princess Tia Tephe there to establish a throne of David in exile. The Bible says there will be four overturns of the throne of Judah who was given the sceptor or kingship by Jacob in his blessings on his sons and grandsons. David was from the Tribe of Judah. The Jewish throne then went to Scotland and then to London. The fourth overturn will be back to Jerusalem and the Jewish Messiah will take the throne forever. The book "Judah's Scepter and Joseph's Birthright" might be of interest to some. The British Royals seem to forget COVENANT MAN is a Hebrew title and indicates the early Celts and Scots were ancient Israelites.
24. Who needs a visit from that Royal pain
Allan ,   Florida   (11.16.07)
in the tuches anyway. It'll be nothing but pomp and circumstance and a waste of time and money. He can stay where he is.

26. IF IT WASNT FOR BRITAIN
earth   (11.16.07)
THERE WOULDNT BE AN ISRAEL_ so watch WHO YOU OFFNED> the world is really getting tired of you nasty people. Remenber 'The Mandate of Palestine'- and the Brits GIVING it up to form Israel after World War 2? and aiding all the jewish immigrants to that area?
27. "Royal" visit to Israel
Marty ,   Toronto Canada   (11.16.07)
Be thankful if Charles doesn't show. The entire clan of British Royal Parasites come to Canada on a regular basis i.e. when they get bored at home. Canadian taxpayers are forced to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars for security and entertainment...for crying out loud our tax dollars even paid for a gold toilet seat for HRH to use.
28. Has Charlie helped England burnish her image?
Jack ,   San Diego, USA   (11.16.07)
29. to Rivkah #23
Gary O.   (11.16.07)
The king of Spain also holds official title as king of Jerusalem, and the Spanish word mancer means a mamzer, but that don't make them Jewish.
30. nobody did anything wrong here
zionist forever   (11.16.07)
In this case I think an issue has been made out of a non issue. The role of the British monarchy is to stay out of politics and if a visit of some kind is likley to make the prince look like he is getting involved in international politics its something that must be considered very carefully. This email was also sent between royal advisors not the prince hismeslf so saying that he has snubbed Israel is a misrepresentation. The job of his advisors is to consider all of these things and this was as they say a private internal email not a diplomatic issue.
