Despite the completely false accusations made in this article and despite some minor anomalies in Iran's reporting; the fact remains that there is not a shred of evidence - not the tiniest pretense to evidence - that Iran is using its nuclear program for a weapons program. Further, the IAEA report says that though the Iranians have claimed to successfully enrich uranium to 4.8%, the IAEA has only seen evidence that they've managed to enrich to about 4% (low-enriched uranium) meaning that they are years upon years away from coming close to the highly enriched uranium of 85% required to create a nuclear weapon. Quite simply, there is no Iranian nuclear threat and won't be for years upon years, so all the war-mongering rhetoric coming from Washington and Jerusalem plainly has an ulterior motive.

There is plenty of articles out their written by competent people who feel they will have a bomb by 2009. This military Agencys mission is to protect our Armed Forces from foreign intelligence services. The "Bundesamt für Verfassungschutz" (BfV) and the "Landesämter für Verfassungsschutz (LfV) (all 16 federal states of Germany have such a agency) are civilian organizations. They´re protecting our free and democratic basic order of our Nation. They observe political extremists, foreign secret services, organised crime and so on. Much like the FBI, Shin Bet or MI5. Then there´re organizations like the "Kommando Strategische Aufklärung" (KSA) and the "Amt für Militärkunde" (AMK). The AMK is a joint agency from the BND (which is civilian) and the Bundeswehr (our military). Its mission is to analyse the military capacity of and the political situation in other nations. The KSA is a military organization which optains information through SIGINT, satellites and so on. Pkease note, that KSA and AMK are not classic intelligence agencys. AMK is more like a indepedent department while the KSA is a military command. But they´re both vital for our intelligence services. Last but not least there is the "Zentralstelle für Information und Kommunikation" (ZIKBp) from our federal police. This organizations support our police authorities and civilian intelligence servies with technical stuff. Not that important. You see, we have intelligence agencys. They may be not that effective but they exist. And very important: We are NOT in any way still occupied or infested. Germany is a fully independ nation.
