The DA's office is considered good if there are a lot of convictions, even of the innocent; so they have frame machines and false witnesses to get convictions since guilt or innocence is not the objective. American DA's get a 95% felony conviction rate which is higher than the Spanish Inquisition when Jews were dug up from their graves and put on trial to steal their properties. "America's Criminal Justice System" is an article by Paul Craig Roberts, a former editor for the Wall Street Journal. He says the American criminal justice system is a conveyor belt that convicts almost everyone that is charged. The prosecutors get enraged if an innocent person refuses a plea bargain and then adds other charges in a frameup until conviction on something is certain. Prosecutors have an inventory of dirty tricks, like with-holding evidence and bogus evidence and false witnesses who are usualy criminals , to get convictions. When people wrongly convicted of even rape or murder are found innocent by DNA evidence, the judges often refuse to release them and usually have to be forced to by the media. Justice in America is like the Cultural Revolution in Red China where destroying people's lives was the main objective. Intellectuals and religious people were targets.
