2. We are messy as Arabs !
We , Israeli , share one common point with our Arab cousins : The way we handle administrative matters. It appears that " administration" is simply not running in our blood . Balagan , definately , is . Why do the se people have to wait in poverty for next April ? Why is there such a mess indide that organisation ? Who is responsible for the mess ? and above all , who can we find to put the blame on ? An other reason why Jews emigrate from Israel . Too messy , too much paper, too mnay talks and no action.....
