This is just a political tactic - delay an issue to take the steam out of opposition & at the same time, give Shas & Lieberman an excuse to stay in the coalition. If anyone in this crap gov't. were serious about maintaining control of Jerusalem, then measures would be taken to revoke Israeli ID's for Palestinian non-citizens of E. Jerusalem.
