I see Iranians standing up to their current government, it's support of terrorism and it's failure to put it's own population first. If only you could export this civil intervention to the Palestinians who are caught between two rival criminal organizations: Fatah and Hamas. The only thing that separates them is one degree: terrorism in the name of religiosity versus terrorism in the name of national identity. The Arabs in Israel need an open, honest and safe forum from which to form new political entities so that they have a choice between the politics of terrorism/hatred as social glue and the politics of getting on with their lives and building meaningful and useful institutions, social structure and plurality amongst themselves. Until the Arabs of Israel can accommodate their own differences, there is no hope at all that they can accommodate anyone not from within their own fractured societies. The political parties they have at their disposal reflect this politics of division and intolerance, innately.
