Chanalua, Tova ,   London, UK   (12.23.07)
If the house was purchased - let the student's live in it. The law must be upheld. After all - it's the arabs who are trying to STEAL the Jewish land!
3. not to worry
yosef ,   israel   (12.23.07)
The high court will find a way to quick the Jews out, whether they own the house or not.
4. Posession is 9/10 of the ownership.
Lev Bronshtein ,   Moscow, Russia   (12.23.07)
Let them stay.
5. it's a simple matter of the law
(12.23.07)
both palkestinian that claims the house is his and the israeli students must show doccumentations of the deed and ownership to this property. it is a known fact that reality and truth are an oxymoron with the palestinians and i am inclined to believe that the housec in fact is jewish property, bought and owned outright. if the pali claims it is his, let him prove it by showing doccumentation.
6. This property is settled land with Cert of title....

So what is the problem boy move in, Where are the Israeli Police ?
7. Just think what Israel's lower courts must be like!
Chanalau, Tova ,   London, UK   (12.23.07)
Nothing new here; if the Palestinians eventually ever do get any Justice in this world, it will be in spite of Israel's Judiciary, not because of it.
8. Inconceivable!!
Sarmad ,   Brummana, Lebanon   (12.23.07)
Property? Land? Owned by a Palestinian? Unbelievable. Inconceivable. How can a Palestinian own a property on the West Bank? Is there such a nationality? How can there be a Palestinian when there is no Palestine? Isn't all of the land in israel owned by Palestinians? Or maybe the land that was Palestine was gifted to israel by the big powers who occupied that land which did not belong to them?
9. Jews provided Court with proof of purchase & money transfer
Laila ,   Manchester   (12.24.07)
which is why they're still there. The previous Arab owners who received payment, wanted the money AND the house, BUT they didn't want the shame of having sold to a Jew.
10. #8 Quite Conceivable
Assad ,   Damascus   (12.24.07)
Property? Land? Owned by Lebanese? Unbelievable. Inconceivable. How can a Lebanese own a property in Lebanon? Is there such a nationality? How can there be a Lebanese when there is no Lebanon? Isn't all of the land in Lebanon owned by Syria? Or maybe the land that was Syria was gifted to Lebanon by the big powers who occupied that land which did not belong to them?
