When a leadership violates its most basic responsibility to protect its people, then they are defacto an illegitimate leadership. While some leaders are guilty of poor judgment, others are guilty of malfeasance. When a leadership makes a calculated decision to release captured ! terrorists onto its citizens, they become complicit in future attacks. It has been PROVEN many times that released terrorists/murderers kill again. This IS a fact. There are statistics to back this up. Therefore, if the leaders ignore all this evidence they are to be seen as war criminals, having committed crimes against their own people due to a war situation. Justice will be served when this gang of lawmakers/breakers are rounded up and put in the legal docket. Legal briefs by nationalist law groups should make this a priority. Many leaders in history have stood trial before the people. There is EVERY reason to do the same to the Olmert leadership. They are breaking not only Israel's Basic Law, but also International Law which clearly upholds - Nullum Crimen Sine Poena - No Crime Without Punishment.
2. A waste of ink & a waste of stamps!!! The letters will

be dumped before any MK gets to see it. And even if they do get to see it, your opposition to THE HEARTLESS Olmert's and SELF-HATING JEW Ramon's stupidity will not change. You'd accomplish more if you get the Israelis to overthrow this corrupt government whose only objective is to harm Jews and bring the downfall of Israel.

Israel has followed the dictates of international and left-wing Israeli and Diaspora Jewry. These so-called experts have urged Israel to release hundreds and even thousands of Palestinian terrorists in order to advance the "peace process". Releasing prisoners will strengthen the good moderates such as Abbas over the bad extremists of Hamas. There are only two things wrong with this tactic: 1. It has never worked. No matter how many gestures of goodwill Israel makes to the "good" Fatah, nothing changes. Fatah still continues to kill Israeli civilians, Abbas continues to be essentially powerless, and no conciliatory gesture towards Israel is returned by the Palestinians. 2. The left-wing mavens never learn. Their thought processes say to them that if releasing 1000 Palestinian murderers doesn't help peace, release more Palestinian prisoners. Once again Einstein's definition of stupidity becomes obvious. Continue the same behavior and expect different outcomes.

Shalit and the other 2 held by hizbulla are convicted of the same crime as all 10,000+ pals in israeli jails. they are the "enemy" there is no difference, israel can sleep better at night by calling it's prisoners criminals or what have you. bottom line is they are the enemy that is why they are in prison. they are not jews, and they are not citizens of the state of israel, hence they are POLITICAL prisoners. if the israeli public is stupid enough to think they should never be freed, they are in fact saying the 3 israeli solders should never be freed as well since they are convicted of the same crime: being the "ENEMY"
7. Free all Jewish political prisoners sitting in Israeli jails
