I mean, it's nice to have solid evidence but even an idiot would realize that Egypt makes no effort to stop arms smuggling or that they even assist. Egypt is a police state, a dictatorship. Nothing much happens without the gov't. knowing about it. There is of course alway the question of corruption, bribe-taking being a way of life in Arab countries but nonetheless, if they wanted to stop arms smuggling, it would have been stopped. When IDF finds tunnel, they should first wait a reasonable time to immediately kill all smugglers and tunnel diggers responsible.
